This patch adds a minimal mapping (i.e. some things get excluded from
the API objects for now). It makes some attributes consistent with the
current API names, and the rest can be added later when they become
needed and we discuss a proper name. But right now is a mess :-/
To test:
1. Apply this patch
2. Run:
$ ktd --shell
k$ prove t/db_dependent/api/v1/authorities.t

- application/json
- application/marcxml+xml
- application/marc-in-json
- application/marc
- text/plain

This new enhancement add the capability to list the different
identifiers of authors. It is helpful for research publications for
instance.
This patch will add a new "Author identifiers" tab on the detail page
(OPAC) of a bibliographic record, with the list of the authors and their
identifiers.
On the detail page of the authority record, the same identifier list
will be displayed.
Test plan:
Create some authority with
024
$a source
$2 number
$6 link to the source
With the pref turned ON you will be able to see the new information.

In sub merge the Koha::Authority object was already created, so it was kind
of silly to recreate it each time with new.
In Koha::Authority, the ControlledIndicators object can be saved in the
object too for reuse during its life time. Similarly, we prevent repeated
lookups for the reporting tag (via authority type).

reduction of 4% on Authorities.t when comparing with and without this
last patch. The larger impact on Merge.t could be expected.

This patch does:
[1] Adds Koha::Authority->controlled_indicators (with a test).
[2] Adds a call to controlled_indicators in AuthoritiesMarc::merge.
Unit test Merge.t is extended too.
[3] Simplifies the code in authorities/blinddetail-biblio-search.pl by
calling controlled_indicators.
Test plan:
[1] Run t/db_dependent/Koha/Authorities.t
[2] Run t/db_dependent/Authority/Merge.t
[3] Steps 3 to 7 for MARC21:
Create a PERSO_NAME authority with 008/11=r and ind1=3
[4] Edit a biblio and add a 600 linked to the new authority.
[5] Verify that the biblio has ind1==3 and ind2==7 and $2==aat.
(If $2 is not visible, check the metadata in biblio_metadata.)
[6] Edit the PERSO_NAME authority and change 008/11 to '|' (bar).
[7] Verify that merge updated your biblio record: $ind2==4 and $2 gone.
[8] UNIMARC: Follow the pattern from steps 3 to 7.
Create authority, link it in a biblio, check indicators (they should
be copied both). Edit authority, change indicators and verify the
merge results in the biblio record.

Tested PERSO_NAME and UNIF_TITLE.
For UNIF_TITLE the second authority indicator is copied to ind1 or ind2,
depending on the biblio tag involved.

When replacing the Zebra code in sub merge, we actually need CountUsage
as well as the results it gets from SearchEngine.
In order to get count and/or results, we now create:
[1] instance methods get_usage_count and linked_biblionumbers in
Koha::Authority,
[2] class methods of the same name in Koha::Authorities.
The instance method calls the class method. The class method can be used
for deleted authority records, and in 'legacy calls' before refactoring.
Note: On BZ 18149 we will replace all CountUsage calls.

This patch gives Koha the ability to merge authority records using the
same interface used by bibliographic records, though slightly different
methods for selecting which records to merge. The two ways to select
records are as follows:
1) Records can be selected from authority search results by clicking
the "Merge" link for two records.
2) Authority records can be merged from the reservoir by clicking the
merge-related links in the Manage staged MARC batch screen.
To test:
1) Apply patch.
2) Do a search for an authority record that will turn up multiple
identical records (or at least two records that you don't mind
merging).
3) Click the "Merge" link for the first record.
4) Click the "Merge" link for the second record.
5) Choose which fields from which record you want to appear in the
resulting record.
6) Confirm that those are the fields that exist in the resulting record.
7) Stage an authority record (for example, an authority record you
saved from your catalog.
8) Search for a record to merge with it using the "Search for a record
to merge in a new window" link.
9) Merge these records, confirming that the resulting record (after
going through the entire merging process) matches your expectations.
10) Set up a matching rule for authorities, and export an authority from
your catalog that will match based on that rule. For MARC21, the
following is a good choice for a rule:
Matching rule code: AUTHPER
Description: Personal name main entry
Match threshold: 999
Record type: Authority record
[Match point 1:]
Search index: mainmainentry
Score: 1000
Tag: 100
Subfields: a
11) Stage the record you just exported, choosing the matching rule you
just created.
12) Merge the record using the "Merge" link, confirming that the
resulting record (after going through the entire merging process)
matches your expectations.

This patch refactors the merge record interface and code a little bit
in preparation for making it possible to merge authority records.
To test:
1) Apply patch.
2) Try merging two records:
a) Create a list.
b) Add two records you would like to (or be willing to) merge
to said list.
c) View said list.
d) Check the checkboxes next to the two records you added.
e) Click "Merge selected records."
f) Choose a merge reference.
g) Choose fields from each record that you want to keep.
h) Click "Merge."
3) Confirm that your merged record has the fields and subfields you
wanted.
4) Run the unit tests for the two files that were changed:
prove t/Koha_Record.t t/db_dependent/Koha_Authority.t
5) Sign off.

This patch adds the Koha::Indexer::RecordNormalizer and
Koha::Indexer::MARC::RecordNormalizer::EmbedSeeFromHeadings packages
to enable the inclusion of alternate forms of headings in bibliographic
searches. When the new syspref IncludeSeeFromInSearches is turned on
(default is off) rebuild_zebra.pl will insert see from headings from
authority records into bibliographic records when indexing, so that a
search on an obsolete term will turn up relevant records.
To test:
1) Enable IncludeSeeFromInSearches
2) Add a heading that has an alternate form to a record (for example,
"Cooking" has the alternate form "Cookery," if you have authority
records from LC)
3) Index the zebraqueue (or reindex if you haven't indexed your system
yet)
4) Confirm that if you search for "Cookery" you get the record you
just modified
