It appears that the template parser parses HTML tags first and then template
toolkit tags. This can cause a template toolkit tag that contains an HTML tag
to have its start and end markers separated. This causes it to be treated as
text that can be translated instead of a template toolkit tag.
This patch searches for text sections that have a template toolkit end marker
without a start and then searches for the start in previous sections. It then
creates a new template toolkit section with the start and end markers.
The action buttons in the staff Lists view have been changed to allow
translation.
To test:
1. You will need to edit the staff-prog.po for a language and modify the
the translation for "SET line_break". You can change SET to FOO.
2. Install the translation for the language.
3. View the details of a patron in the staff interface with the language.
4. The page will have an error.
5. Apply the patch.
6. Install the translation for the language.
7. View the details of a patron in the staff interface with the language.
8. The page should now display correctly.
If you want to, you can run "gulp po:update --lang LANGUAGE-CODE" to make sure
that the template tag is no longer included in .po file.
You can also add translations for "Edit", "Delete", and "Transfer" in
messages.po to make sure that the action buttons are translated in the Lists
view.

It has probably never been used. There's no sign of any UI to delete from
the authority editor or auth_finder in the last 13 years of templates, and
it was unused when it landed; the patch that actually made the first patch
work, a month later, put deleting authorities in authorities_home.pl, where
it has been ever since.
It certainly hasn't been used since bug 17600 landed in 2021, since it
doesn't 'use C4::AuthoritiesMarc qw( DelAuthority );' and so if you try to
use it you just get an error for your trouble.

$.extend is doing a deep copy of the objects.
```
var dataTablesDefaults = { "lengthMenu": [[10, 20, 50, 100, -1], [10, 20, 50, 100, __('All')]] };
var mine = {lengthMenu: [[1, 2, 5, 10], [1, 2, 5, 10]]};
$.extend(true, {}, dataTablesDefaults, mine);
Returns:
```

Which is ugly and not what we want.
We only need to merge the first level. Using the spread operator (...) will do the trick here.

EBSCO HoldingsIQ doesnt consider a "All" option so neither should we.
At the moment, if we pick 'All', only 100 are listed due to the logic in Providers/EBSCO/build_query_pagination.
The original code hints at trying to do this but its not working.
I think this got lost sometime during KohaTable.vue
This patch should also have the same entry for EHoldingsEBSCOTitlePackagesList but that isnt using KohaTable and for some reason its not picking up on either aLengthMenu or lengthMeny, always shows 'All'.

On bug 33066 we reworked a lot of datatables.js to make the JS function
reusable from the Vue component (and especially the KohaTable
component). I guess the regression comes from this change, but I am
surprised that we didn't catch it when testing.
The was a mistake for _dt_visibility, we didn't pass the node. Actually
we cannot pass it as we do not have it yet.
This "node" variable is only used when bKohaColumnsUseNames is passed
(ie. we do not rely on the order of the columns but we need to rely on
their data-colname attributes).
There is then a limitation here: we cannot use bKohaColumnsUseNames from
Vue, but we do not yet.
An ideal fix would be too big for now, especially for an hypothetic use
case.
Test plan:
Confirm that the "Columns" button are now back for the tables of the Vue
apps (ERM, Preservation) and that the settings are taken into account
(hide by default, etc.)

This patch updates the catalog toolbar so that the "Edit items"
choice under the "Edit" menu is replaced with a new option: "Manage
items," which takes you to the top of the add/edit items page. The "New
item" menu item has been modified to add the anchor so that the link
jumps the user directly to add item form (past the existing items).
The patch also adds a "Jump to add item form" link at the top of the
add/edit items page.
To test, apply the patch and search for a bibliographic record in the
staff interface.
- View the detail page for the record.
- Click the "Edit" menu button in the toolbar.
- You should see the new menu item, "Manage items."
- Clicking the "Manage items" button should take you to the top
of the add/edit items page in cataloging.
- You should see a "Jump to add item form" limk under the page
heading.
- Clicking it should jump you to the "Add item" form.
- Clicking the "New item" menu item from the bibliographic detail "New"
menu should take you directly to the add item form, scrolling down
past the existing items.

The inventory form has several issues with labels with a for attribute that
doesn't match the id of the input, so the label doesn't actually get linked
to anything.
Test plan:
1. Without the patch, go to Cataloging - Inventory
2. In the section for "Item location filters" click the label for "Shelving
location (items.location) is", which will focus the select menu, then
press the down arrow on the keyboard to see that it's focused by opening
the select menu.
3. Click in a blank spot to close the select menu, then click the label for
"Collection" and press the down arrow key, which will scroll the page
since the label didn't focus the menu, and repeat with "Call number
classification scheme" which also will scroll the page when you press
down arrow.
4. In the section for "Optional filters for inventory list or comparing
barcodes" click any of the labels below items.notforloan - clicking a
checkbox label should toggle whether the checkbox is checked, but it
will not
5. Apply patch, refresh page
6. Repeat steps 3 and 4, but this time you will get the proper behavior,
focusing the select menus and toggling the checkboxes

Batch item modification and deletion accepts either op="show" or op="cud-show"
because sometimes you just have one item and it's saner to GET with one, but
sometimes you've selected 961 items from itemsearch and you need to POST to
not get hit by Apache's "too long" error.
Bug 36630 switched item search from using POST to GET because item search is
confusing. It uses a form with a dummy op and then empties out the form and
adds back contents, and the CSRF protection changed the dummy op to "cud-show"
so it could POST, but didn't notice that the op would be replaced by one that
was still "show." The form needs to go back to POST, the dummy contents need a
comment saying they are just dummies so nobody else gets fooled, and the JS
that replaces the form contents needs to insert a CSRF token and the correct op.
Test plan:
1. Without the patch, Search - Item search, search with no criteria so you
get hundreds of items
2. Change to Show All entries, then Select visible rows
3. Batch operations - Batch item modification
4. Apache should give you an error about your overly long URL
5. Apply patch and repeat steps 1-3
6. After a long pause while Batch item modification swallows the POST, you
should get the batch modification form with all your items.

On the item list of the bib detail page and the patron search we want
the library columns ('holding library', 'home library' and 'library') to
be sorted by library names and to make them searchable on library id and
name.
Concerns about this approach (comment #8):
"""
If we do it for the library names on this view, we need to do it for all the library columns (thinking about patrons right now but I am sure there are others). And to be consistent, for all the other coded values: "special AVs" (item types, cn source), regular AVs, patron category codes, etc.
We will introduce additional JOINs and so maybe performance problems. This needs to be investigated before we take this route IMO.

On the item list of the bibliographic record page you actually can filter
items by library, either using the dropdown list on top of the column
or using the library_id (branchcode) in the global search.
But you cannot search using the library's name in the global search.
This patch add yet other embeds to allow this.
I am not sure this is needed, we won't be able to do the same for item
type and AV, so maybe it is not worth 2 additional JOINS.
Maybe we should tell people you should use the column filters when a
dropdown list is there, instead of: "it works, sometimes".

There should be no change in behavior, as this code is not referred to elsewhere in Koha. Make sure you can still do checkeckins and transfers.

It's named enqueued_date on the API side, not enqueued_on (which is the DB
column's name)
No behaviour change expected here.

This patch suggests to revert the previous attempt to fix this problem.
The date was using the client-side's tz and so the "last hour" was not
matching the one from the server.
With bug 37831 with simply need to pass a rfc3339-formatted date and the
filtering will be done as expected.

When exporting a framework as csv, the exporter does not check the presence of double quote in the fields. Hence, if there is one double quote, the csv is broken.
TEST PLAN:
1 - Change a framework to add a field containing double quote in name
2 - Export it in csv
3 - Create a new framework
4 - Import the csv in the new framework -> every fields after the one
containing double quotes should be broke. Every other fields should have
no subfield
5 - APPLY PATCH
6 - Repeat 2-5 -> everything should be correctly exported

This patch checks if the selected relationship is valid before trying to save the patron record.
It takes the list of valid relationships from borrowerRelationships syspref and checks if the selected relationship is in the list.
Also this patch fixes relationship field required message when BorrowerMandatoryField is not set.
The required message is shown when adding the guarantee from guarantor's detail page.
Test plan:
1) Add at least one option to borrowerRelationships syspref.
2) Leave the relationship unchecked from BorrowerMandatoryField syspref.
3) Create a new guarantee patron.
4) Add a guarantor to the guarantee patron.
5) Leave the relationship field empty and try to save the patron record.
6) Notice the 500 error page.
7) Apply the patch.
8) Repeat steps 3-5.
9) Notice the error message "Guarantor relationship is invalid".

In fact the system adds a previous value to the progress. As if the system keeps a previous value and adds the correct count of records in addition.
This patch removes the previously stored value.
To test:
1. Go to Cataloging > Stage records for import
2. Choose a file with bibliographic records and click Upload file
3. In "Look for existing records in catalog?" choose a record matching rule (e.g. ISBN)
4. Click Stage for import
5. Click View detail of the enqueued job
--> Progress show 2/1
6. Apply the patch
7. Repeat steps 1 to 4
8. Click View detail of the enqueued job
--> Progress show 1/1

To test:
1. Check in an item
2. Look at the item holdings table for the bib record that item is on
--> Note the date last seen column displays dates, but not the time
3. Apply patch and restart_all
4. Refresh the page

Certainly caused by bug 35329.
We used to display a description of the patrons search, but it is no longer displayed.
Test plan:
On the main patrons search select some values in the form on the left
and search. You should see a "Patrons found for: " h3 that will be
displayed and is supposed to describe the current search.
I don't think it's working very well to be honest, maybe a candidate for
candidate, especially if nobody else noticed its disappearance.

If you filter items using the column filters and that no item are displayed, all columns will be hidden (because no data for those columns) and it is then impossible to reset the filters show items again.
Test plan:
http://localhost:8081/cgi-bin/koha/catalogue/detail.pl?biblionumber=4
All items are from CPL
Select another library
=> No items displayed
Without this patch the headers are hidden and it's impossible to modify
the filters
With this patch the columns that were displayed on the last draw are
still there, letting you modify the filters

Instead of updating only when DT init is complete we are going to update
the visibility when the table will be redrawn.
Test plan:
1 - Find/Add a bib record with no items
2 - Add 20 items from Centerville
Edit ->Edit items -> enter CENTER1 into barcode ->'Add multiple copies' -> 20
3 - Add 20 items from Fairview as above but enter 'FAIR1' for barcode and 'FAIR ITEM' as callnumber
4 - Add 1 item from Midway with barcode MIDWAY1
5 - Edit a midway patron to grant 'catalogue' and 'edit_items' permission - NOT edit_any_item
6 - Sign in as the patron above
7 - Find the record
8 - Note there is callnumber and actions/edit columns
9 - Go to page 2 of items - callnumber visible
10 - Go to page 3 - edit column
