1. add missing <tr> wrapper element
2. amend casing in cypress test
3. change method name so it is codespell-friendly
4. remove deprecated test from TestBuilder.t
(used Overduerules which do not exist anymore.
rely on 'Tests with composite FK in userpermission'
for FK test coverage instead -> no replacement
introduced.)
5. 'Bug 10190: Fix patron_categories permission format'
changed the permission for GET requests to patron_categories
to catalogue = 1, matching the Koha precedent for such
endpoints. However, patron_categories still tested the
endpoint with the old permission assigned. Amend this to
complete the work started in that commit.
6. remove redundant delete statement in permission test:
if the test fails, this means the db update has not
run, and should. It would be incorrect for the db
to still include the permission at the point where the
test runs.
Test plan:
1. run `npm run js:build` (or watch the js:watch output)
2. run t/cypress/integration/Admin/CirculationTriggers_spec.ts
3. run prove xt/author/codespell.t
4. run prove t/db_dependent/TestBuilder.t
5. run prove t/db_dependent/api/v1/patron_categories.t
6. run prove t/Koha/Auth/Permissions.t
All should run with no warnings or errors.

Permissions.t:
- Remove edit_notice_status_triggers from userpermissions.sql so fresh installs
no longer seed this deprecated permission (existing installs are handled by
the atomic update)
- Add a defensive DELETE in the test to cover DBs that pre-date the atomic update
CirculationTriggers_spec.ts:
- Fix getMockCirculationRule: the helper was returning the old {rule_name,
rule_value, branchcode, ...} format; update to the current API format
{context: {...}, overdue_N_delay: ..., ...}
- Remove assertions for UI elements that do not exist (success/error flash
messages, "Existing triggers" heading, "rule set will be removed" text)
- Fix reset confirmation text to match actual component output
- Fix duplicate patron_category_id "ST" in mock patron categories
- Remove aspirational tests that checked non-implemented behaviour
- Add describe block for the no-default-triggers warning (no rules anywhere,
rules only at specific libraries, library link switches the filter)
- Add regression test for NaN trigger number when adding first rule for a library

This patch implements the library_limit concept for Report/Reports. Staff with the correct permission and superlibrarians can set libaries to which the report should be visible, if the system preference is enabled.
Test plan:
Confirm Initial Settings
1. Log in to Koha staff with username: koha and password: koha and set your library as Centerville if it's not already.
2. Visit the Saved reports page, and create and save three reports: Report 1, Report 2, and Report 3. The SQL query for each report doesn't matter, it should just be something valid.
3. Visit the Patrons page and create two staff users: StaffReportLimitUser and StaffNoLimitPermission. Set their home libraries to Centerville and Fairfield, respectively.
4. Under Allow access to the reports module, ensure both users have report management permissions for Create, Delete, Execute.
Verify Patch Settings
5. Apply the patch and restart services. If using Koha Testing Docker (KTD): from the Koha repo directory, apply the patch (e.g. `git bz apply 16631`, or check out the patched branch with `git fetch && git checkout <branch>`), then run `ktd --shell` to enter the KTD shell and run `restart_all`. If the patched branch is already checked out, just enter the KTD shell and run `restart_all`.
6. Click Patrons in the top navbar to go to the Patrons page.
7. Search for "StaffReportLimitUser" in the patron search field.
8. Click StaffReportLimitUser to edit the patron record for this user.
9. Click More -> Set permissions to access the permissions screens for the StaffReportLimitUser.
10. In the row for Allow access to the reports module (reports), click Show details to view relevant permissions.
11. Confirm Manage Report Limits (manage_report_limits) is an option under Allow access to the reports module (reports).
12. Click the checkbox for Manage Report Limits to give this user this permission, and click Save.
13. Go to the System Preferences page (Click the More dropdown from the top nav bar, click Administration, click System Preferences).
14. Verify Reports is an option in the left side navigation bar, and that when clicked, you see the LimitReportsByBranch option.
15. Enable LimitReportsByBranch as described in step 14.
16. Go back to Saved reports as in Step 2.
17. Click Edit in the row menu for Report 1.

Verify Report filters return the correct results
51. Go to Saved reports as in Step 2.
52. Verify you're viewing only your branch's reports in the filter.
53. Under Filter in the left sidebar, type "2" in the Keyword field and click Apply filter.
54. Confirm only Report 2 is visible.
55. Under Filter in the left sidebar, type "1" in the Keyword field and click Apply filter.
56. Confirm there are no reports visible, and the message "No saved reports match your criteria" is displayed.
Verify Library Limits column is available to superlibrarians and users with the Manage Report Limits permission
57. Go to Saved reports as in Step 2.
58. Click the Columns dropdown and ensure that the Library limits column is available to select for display. Select it.
59. Confirm that the Library limits column is now visible in the list of reports and that it shows the correct library limitations for each report (e.g., Report 1 should show 1 library limitation and Centerville (CPL) on hover, Report 2 should show 1 library limitation and Fairfield (FFL) on hover, and Report 3 should show no limitation).
Verify the Show all reports and Limit reports options are available to users that are not superlibrarian but have the Manage Report Limits permission
60. For the StaffReportLimitUser, add the permission for Manage Report Limits as described in steps 9 to 12. This will allow this user to see the Show all reports and Limit reports options.
61. Log out of the koha admin account. In the upper right corner, click the drop down that says koha Fairfield and click Log out.
62. Log in as StaffReportLimitUser, the previously created staff user with report permissions.

73. Confirm the filter option for Show reports is not available.
74. Click to edit Report 2.
75. Verify there is no Library limitation select box at the bottom of the page.
[NEW] Verify library limits are auto-assigned and preserved correctly for non-permissioned users
76. Still logged in as StaffNoLimitPermission (Fairfield) from the previous section. Go to Saved reports and click New report. Enter "Limit Auto-Assign Test" as the report name and SELECT 1 as the SQL. Confirm there is no Library limitations select box visible on the form. Click Save.
77. Go back to Saved reports. Click Edit for Report 2 (limited to Fairfield). Add `-- test` as a trailing SQL comment and click Update SQL. This simulates a non-permissioned user saving an existing report that already has limits.
78. Go back to Saved reports. Click Edit for Report 3 (no library limits). Add `-- test` as a trailing SQL comment and click Update SQL. This simulates a non-permissioned user saving an existing report that has no limits.
79. Log out and log back in as StaffReportLimitUser (Centerville, has manage_report_limits).
80. Go to Saved reports. Use Show all reports if needed. Find "Limit Auto-Assign Test" and click Edit. Confirm the Library limitations select box shows Fairfield as the only selected library — the report was automatically limited to the creator's home library on create.
81. Find Report 2 and click Edit. Confirm the Library limitations select box still shows only Fairfield — the existing limit was preserved when the non-permissioned user saved the report.
82. Find Report 3 and click Edit. Confirm the Library limitations select box is empty — no limits were introduced when the non-permissioned user saved a report that had no existing limits.
Verify limited reports are not visible to users without permissions
83. While still logged in as StaffReportLimitUser from step 79, copy the URL for the edit page of Report 1.
84. Log out of the StaffReportLimitUser account.
85. Log in as StaffNoLimitPermission, the user without the Manage Report Limits permission.
86. Paste the copied URL for the edit page of Report 1 into the browser and navigate to it.
87. Confirm that you see an error message that says "This report is restricted and cannot be accessed by the current user." and that the page does not load the report details.
Run Unit Tests
88. Using Koha Testing Docker, in the Koha home directory run the command: ktd --shell to start the ktd shell.
89. Run command: reset_all to drop and recreate the koha database.
90. Run command prove t/db_dependent/Koha/Reports.t to run the test.
91. This file contains the unit tests for the reports_branches table and the new subtest `library limits enforcement on save and update`, which covers auto-assignment of branch limits on create and preservation of limits on update for non-permissioned users.
92. All tests should pass.
93. Run command prove t/Koha/Auth/Permissions.t
94. Permissions unit tests in this file were updated.
95. All tests should pass.
96. Run command prove t/db_dependent/Reports/Guided.t
97. The Guided report tests were updated to account for the new library limitations and permissions.
98. All tests should pass.

Merging patrons only required edit_borrowers permission
but would result in a patron deletion.
This patch requires a new merge_borrowers subpermission
To test:
1. Give a patron the following permissions
catalogue, edit_borrowers, list_borrowers
2. Log into the staff interface as the patron
3. Do a patron search and select 2 patrons
4. Click merge patron - success - a patron got deleted
5. Apply patch, updatedatabase and restart_all
6. Repeat steps 3 and 4 - you can't
7. Add the new permission for merge_borrowers
8. Repeat steps 3 and 4 - now you can
9. prove t/Koha/Auth/Patrons.t

This patch makes it so that a successful SSO will return you to
the place where you initiated the SSO. This is especially useful
when doing searches, placing holds, etc.
Test plan:
0. Apply patch and koha-plack --restart kohadev
1. Set up OIDC SSO using
https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Testing_SSO
2. Go to http://localhost:8081/cgi-bin/koha/circ/circulation-home.pl
3. Do a staff login using SSO
4. Note that you're redirected to
http://localhost:8081/cgi-bin/koha/circ/circulation-home.pl
after the successful login
5. Go to http://localhost:8080/cgi-bin/koha/opac-search.pl?idx=&q=test&weight_search=1
6. Do a OPAC SSO login
7. Note that you're returned to
http://localhost:8080/cgi-bin/koha/opac-search.pl?idx=&q=test&weight_search=1
after the successful login
8. Logout of the staff admin and OPAC
9. Note your URL ends in ?logout.x=1
10. Try logging back into them using SSO
11a. Note that you're logged in and not automatically logged out
11b. Note that if you're on the OPAC, you should be redirected
to opac-user.pl instead of opac-main.pl or the root path
12. If you change the domain for the SSO users to something
that your user does not match, try logging in again, and note
that the error message should display on mainpage.pl or opac-main.pl/opac-user.pl
for the OPAC. (This is because these are the pages that show SSO errors.)

This patch adds a central FTP/SFTP management UI, with an associated
database object and class, plus the beginnings of an API. We can use
this code as a building block for adding FTP/SFTP connections to
other parts of the system, as well as to improve the usability of the
EDI transports. It is also now possible to test these connections
from within the Koha UI.
To test:-
You will need access to an FTP or SFTP server
Contact me if you need a disposable FTP/SFTP server
a) Go to Koha Administration
b) Notice no FTP/SFTP referenced on this page
c) APPLY PATCH, reset_all
d) Create new user, let's say sftpuser
e) Set permissions for new user to include:
1) catalogue
2) parameters -> manage_sftp_servers
f) Log in with this new user, go back to Koha Administration
1) Notice the FTP/SFTP servers option
g) Undo step e2) for the sftpuser via the koha admin user
1) Refresh the Koha Administration page as the sftpuser
2) Notice how FTP/SFTP servers has disappeared
h) Back to koha admin, go to Koha Administration -> FTP/SFTP Servers -> New
i) Complete form depending on the FTP or SFTP server you have access to, Submit
1) Notice you are prompted to confirm before saving
j) Select Edit, observe your details are the same, and Submit again
k) Repeat step J one additional time
l) Select Test, observe all tests passing
m) Select Delete, confirm deletion, and observe server disappear
n) Optionally, run prove on new tests
1) t/Koha/Auth/Permissions.t
2) t/db_dependent/Koha/SFTP/Server.t
3) t/db_dependent/api/v1/sftp_servers.t

This patch adds two new system preferences, use public lists, and create public
lists. Use public lists determines if a librarian is permitted to see public
lists, whilst create public lists determines if a librarian can create new public
lists.
It also fixes erroneously allowing staff to add items to existing lists, by
honouring the existing edit_public_list_contents
To test:
a) notice the new my lists link on the account pulldown
1) ensure it goes to the lists module
b) create new public list, add at least one item, make it editable by everyone
1) note the name of the list
c) create a new patron with full access to the staff client minus lists permissions
d) log in as the newly created patron
e) notice the lists button is missing from the staff client mainpage
f) set any of the lists permissions except create public lists, use public lists, edit public list contents
g) notice how the lists button is no longer missing from the staff client mainpage
h) go to the lists module
1) notice that public lists are now missing from the datatable
i) click add list
1) notice that the public drop-down is now a fixed label set to private
j) create list and confirm it is not public
k) turn use public lists permission on
l) return to the lists module
1) notice that the datatable now shows private and public lists tabs
m) turn create public lists permission on
n) repeat steps h-i
1) notice that the public drop-down is now visible again
o) create list and confirm it is public
p) go to the list you created in step b
q) notice that add items button, and remove selected button, is missing
r) turn edit public list contents permission on
s) repeat steps p-q
1) notice that add items button is now visible
t) click add items
u) enter an item barcode or biblio number, click save
1) notice that the items are now added to the list

There are a number of libraries that would like for their staff to be able to submit (and view existing) purchase suggestions from the borrower record, but not give the staff the ability to edit/manage/delete purchase suggestions.
Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Run restart all the things!
3) Run updatedatabase
4) Verify anyone with the suggestions manage permissions now has the create and delete permissions as well
5) Verify anyone without the suggestions manage permission has not recieved the new permissions
6) Enable only the create permission for a librarian
7) Verify that librarian can only create new suggestions ( not manage or delete )
8) Enable only the manage permission for a librarian
9) Verify that librarian can only manage existing suggestions ( not create or delete )
10) Enable only the delete permission for a librarian
