Make it use bKohaColumnsUseNames as we are building the columns
depending on sysprefs.
Note that the hard-coded list of columns to export is wrong

The system is vulnerable to Formula Injection attacks as the data
stored within the database and exported as CSV/Excel is not being
sanitized or validated against implanted formula payloads
This patch modifies all uses of Text::CSV and derived classes to pass
the "formula" parameter with value of "empty" which replaces formulas
by empty string.
Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) For guided_reports.pl, attempt to export CSV where you've set a column to a formula somehow
( such as "=1+3" )
3) Export that CSV file
4) Note the formula has not been exported
5) Repeat this plan for the remaining scripts that export CSV files
where users can define the outputted data

Fixed two conflicts. I have tested that this works as advertised on:
- Reports (Download > Comma separated text (.csv)) [Text::CSV::Encoded]
- Circulation > Overdues > Download file of all overdues [Text::CSV_XS]
- misc/export_borrowers.pl [Text::CSV]
This covers all modules used, and both GUI and command line.

Some libraries ask for the ability to scan/browse the call numbers index.
Test plan:
==========
1. Have an installation with items with callnumbers (in ktd with standard
test data set: add some callnumbers to the items).
2. Go to Advanced search > More options; choose Call number in the first
drop list and mark Scan indexes. Enter one of the call numbers you
assigned to the items and perform the search. You should get no
results.
3. Apply the pach; restart all; when using ES:
koha-elasticsearch --rebuild -r -d kohadev
4. Repeat p. 2. You should get a list with at least one call number.
The link should lead you to the record(s) with items with the selected
call number.
This should work for ES and for Zebra, but for Zebra you would need to
replace /etc/koha/zebradb/ccl.properties with the repository version; and
you will get one token results on the list, like for other indexes.

This patch attempts to force a password change for new staff created patrons.
This is done by setting the password_expiration_date to an expired date when
adding a new patron. This patch adds a new system preference
'ForcePasswordResetWhenSetByStaff' and a new column to the categories table
'force_password_reset_when_set_by_staff.
To test:
1) Apply patch, restart_all, updatedatabase, and also be sure to update schema.
2) Visit Administration->Sytem Preferences and search for 'EnableExpiredPasswordReset'.
Make sure this is set to enable. Now search for 'ForcePasswordResetWhenSetByStaff'.
This should be defaulted to 'Don't force'.
3) Keep that tab open and visit Administration->Patron categories. Click on edit
on the Board category. Noitce that there is a now a 'Force new patron password reset'
section. Notice that the by default, this is set to follow the
ForcePasswordResetWhenSetByStaff system preference (currently set to don't force).
Click on the dropdown and change it to 'Force'. Save changes
4) Click on the Patrons tab to visit members-home.pl and then click 'New Patron'.
Select on Patron. Fill in the required information and also enter a password.
5) Submit this form and notice that the patron's password expiration date is set
to never. This should be the case because the default for 'Force new patron
password reset' follows the sys. pref. which is still set to 'Don't force' (You
could have some expiry date in this step, but it should at least be set to a
date that is not expired. this depends on whether or not you have a defalut
password expiration date set in patron categories )
6) Log into the OPAC with this patron and notice it works as expected and log in
was successful.
7) Go back to the patron home page and click to add a new patron. This time select
'Board'. Once again fill out the required info, enter a password, and then save
the form.
8) Notice that for this patron, the password expiration date is set for today's
date. This is because we changed the setting for the 'Board' patron category to
force.
9) Log into the OPAC with this patron. You should be redirected to a page with an
error that says: "It's your first login! You need to reset your password." Click
on the reset password link below this message.
10) You should be sent to a page where you can reset your password. Fill in the
form and click 'Update password'. Attempt to sign into the OPAC with this new
password. Everything works as expected.
11) Go back to the staff interface and view this patron's detail page. Notice the
password expiration date is now set to what the default is in the patron
category.
12) Edit this patrons information and set their password expiration date to
yesterday. Go back to the OPAC and try to sign in with this patron again. Note
that this time, you are also redirected but the message says "Error: Your
password has expired!"
13) Go back to the staff interface and visit the sys. pref tab we left open. Set
it to the 'Force' option and save changes.
14) Visit the patron home page and click add patron, now select the patron
category again. Fill in required info and enter password. Submit form and note
that the patron's password expiration date is set to today. Try to login to
the OPAC with this patron, you should be redirected to the page with the error
that says "Error: It's your first login! You need to reset your password."

It is customary in non-English-speaking European countries to write the
currency symbol after the amount and separated from it by a space (e.g.
123 €, 54 zł, 38 Kč). This custom should be taken into account
in Koha::Number::Price::_format_params (by proper use the p_cs_precedes
parameter).
The correct display of the currency is particularly important when using
OPACShowSavings system preference.
Test plan:
==========
1. Enable OPACShowSavings, have some items with defined 'v - Cost,
replacement price'. Check out the items to a patron.
2. Log in to OPAC as the patron. See the amount of 'total savings' on
the main page. Note that the currency symbol precedes the amount.
There is no way to configure the position of the currency symbol.
3. Apply the patch ; updatedatabase.pl ; restart_all.
4. Go to Administration > Currencies and exchange rates. Modify the
active currency unchecking the 'Currency symbol precedes value'
checkbox.
5. Refresh the OPAC page. See that the position of the currency symbol
has been changed.

- Apply the DBIC update patch
- Setup an OAI repository in Administration -> OAI repositories (admin/oaiservers.pl)
If the repository dataformat is in oai_dc, you can use the sample XSLT files:
For Unimarc:
OAIDCtoUNIMARCXML.xsl for bibliographic records
AuthOAIDCtoUNIMARCXML.xsl for authorities
For Marc21:
OAIDCtoMARC21XML.xsl for bibliographic records
AuthOAIDCtoMARC21XML.xsl for authorities
If the repository dataformat is in marc-xml, you can use
OAIMarcxml2KohaMarcxml.xsl for both Unimarc and Marc21.
- Some repositories to test with:

an itemtype. This patch adds this possibility.
Test plan:
1) Test this new feature on an item as it were currently working.
2) Apply this patch
3) Run updatedatabase.pl
4) Reload Schema by running update_dbix_class_files.pl
5) Change new syspref 'item-level_booking' to 'itemtype'
6) Edit an itemtype, there is a new checkbox to add 'bookable' option
7) Test it with item with this itemtype, if there is 1 item at least you
will see 'Booking' tab.
8) You can change syspref to 'item' to see the current behavior
Note: When item-level_booking is set on 'itemtype' you can change
dropdown option to 'No' on item bookable option.

This patch limits indexing of field 246 to $a, $b, $n, and $p in
various title indexes.
Previously, all 246 subfields were indexed, including non-title
subfields such as $i (Display text), $g (Miscellaneous information),
and linking subfields, making the title index very large and giving
false results.
To test:
1. Add all the 246 subfields to the default bibliographic framework
1.1. Go to Administration > MARC bibliographic framework
1.2. Click Actions > MARC structure next to the Default framework
1.3. Search for 246
1.4. Click Actions > Edit subfields
1.5. For each subfield, make sure Editor is checked
1.6. Click Save changes
2. Create a new record and fill out all the 246 subfields
2.1. Go to Cataloging
2.2. Click New record
2.3. Fill out the mandatory fields (000, 003, 005, 008, 040$c,
245$a, 942$c)
2.4. Fill out all the subfields in 246 (I simply write the name of
the subfield in the text field e.g. Display text in 246$i)
2.5. Click Save
2.6. Click Normal to access the detailed record
3. View the Elastic search record
--> All the subfields (including "Display text", "Miscellaneous
information" and other non-title subfields) should be indexed in
- title
- title__suggestion
- title-abbreviated
- title-abbreviated__sort
- title expanded
- title-expanded__sort
- title-former
- title-former__sort
4. Make a title or keyword search for "Display" (or whatever you wrote
in 246$i)
--> Your record should be in the results
5. Apply patch
6. Rebuild the index using -r
koha-elasticsearch --rebuild -d -r -v kohadev
7. Redo step 3

In aqplan.pl there are two different sets of params for things you can plan
by: for the toolbar "Planning" menubutton the script looks up what AVs are
used for "Statistic 1|2 done on" for the budget's fund(s), and passes them to
the template which knows to hardcode the MONTHS, ITEMTYPES, and BRANCHES
choices, but for "Select planning type" in the Filter sidebar box, the
script inserts the harcoded ones itself, adds in the ones used by a fund,
and for no apparent reason adds in every authorized value category that starts
with the letter A and has at least one value. Those things do not actually
work, because for things other than the hardcoded ones the script checks
whether they are in a fund's "Statistic 1|2" and if not refuses to let you
plan by them.
Test plan:
1. Administration - Budgets
2. If you don't have a budget, create one and add a fund to it,
but with the default data click the name Main budget
3. In the row for Main fund, click Actions->Edit
4. For Statistic 1 done on choose an authorized value which does not start
with A, like BOR_NOTES, and Save
5. In the top toolbar, Planning->Plan by months
6. In the sidebar Filter box, note that there is an option to plan by
AR_CANCELLATION even though you didn't select that for Statistic 1
7. Select the by BOR_NOTE choice and Submit
8. Note that you now only see Main fund, because that's the only one
which uses that AV
9. Select the by months choice and Submit, see that it changes back, then
select the by AR_CANCELLATION choice and see that nothing is displayed,
select the by months choice again and Submit, see that the display is
now completely broken
9. Apply patch, restart_all, reload the page
10. Note that the AR_CANCELLATION choice is gone, and all the choices
you do have work correctly

has been done, which makes a visible change because right now, the whole page
that tells you the preference was deleted doesn't show at all.
Test plan:

them both Trash and Save
3. In the row for your new preference, click the Delete button

behavior that you want to see unchanged after the patch
6. Click the Delete button for your preference again, but this time click

7. You'll be taken to a blank page with no category of preferences selected
or listed. That's the behavior that you want to see change with the patch
8. Apply patch, restart_all

'Trash' for both Explanation and Variable - Save
10. In the row for the new preference, click the Delete button

12. Verify that it returns you to the list of Local use preferences just like
before
13. Click Delete again, but this time click Yes, delete

Adds a status column to the table configuration that displays whether a
booking is active or expired (at the moment).
This column is conditionally shown in the 'Show Expired' state, meaning
after expired bookings are loaded into the table.
To test:
1) Create a couple booking for any item for a single patron.
2) Open a db shell with `koha-mysql <INSTANCE>`
3) Update one or two of the created bookings with:
update bookings set start_date = '<date in the past>', end_date = '<date also in the past'> where booking_id = '<booking id of the booking you just created>'.
4) Go the the bookings tab of said item.
5) Click the 'Show Expired' option in the top left of the table.
6) Note that bookings are tagged with 'Expired' and 'Active'.
7) Repeat 5 and 6 for the bookings tab in the patron's details view.
8) Sign off.
Note: the bootstrap classes for v5 are already included so they become
colored once the patch is in.

This patch updates the OPAC and staff interface to use Bootstrap 5.
Bootstrap CSS assets are now pulled from node_modules and compiled into
staff-global.css and opac.css at build time. This update lays the
foundations of some other chnages, especially the addition of a dark
mode in the future.
Hundreds of templates have been updated, mostly with updates to the grid
markup. Most of the responsive behavior is still the same with the
exception of improved flexibility of headers and footers in both the
OPAC and staff interface.
The other most common change is to add a new "namespace" to data
attributes used by Bootstrap, e.g. "data-bs-target" or "data-bs-toggle".
Modal markup has also been updated everywhere. Other common changes:
dropdown button markup, alert markup (we now use Bootstrap's "alert
alert-warning" and "alert alert-info" instead of our old "dialog alert"
and "dialog info").
Bootstrap 5 now uses CSS variables which we can override in our own
'_variables.scss' (in both the OPAC and staff) to accomplish a lot of
the style overrides which we previously put in staff-global.scss.

This patch fixes table configuration to the tables shown on the
patron's print summary page, adding default display length and default
sort as well.
I removed the JS for moving around the DataTable controls to make them
display better and instead swapped the <caption>s for <h2>. It's not
perfect but it's better than it was.
Previously table configuration wasn't working because the window.print()
function was firing before the DataTables code had time to run. I've
added a use of onbeforeprint event to make sure we run the DataTables
initiation before automatic printing.
To test, apply the patch and restart services.
- In the staff client, go to Administration -> Table settings ->
Circulation -> print_summary.
- Configure the print-summary-checkouts, print-summary-fines, and
print-summary-holds tables with some custom options (e.g. hide
columns, change default sort).
- In the staff client, find a patron with checkouts, holds, and fines.
- In the toolbar, click Print -> Print summary. A new tab should appear
with the print summary view. A print dialog should appear immediately.
- In the print preview you should see that the tables you configured are
displayed correctly (sort is correct, columns correctly hidden, etc).
- If you print the page or cancel the tab should close.
- If you want to test the table configurations without having the tab
automatically close you can go to Administration -> System preferences
-> IntranetSlipPrinterJS and enter any dummy code, e.g.
"console.log('Testing');" With that preference populated, the
automatic closing isn't included.
- Test other pages which use the slip-print include, e.g. other patron
print options and quick spine labels in Cataloging.

Currently after you delete a tag from a MARC framework, Koha intends to show
you a page with the text "Tag deleted" and an OK button to click to go back to
where you were in the list of tags. But because that depends on the template
variable being set for the name of the op in the script, and the name of the
op is "cud-delete_confirmed" which isn't a legal TT variable name, nothing is
set to tell the template what to display, so it displays a mostly-blank page.
Far better to show, don't tell, and just redirect to the list of tags like
deleting a tag from an authority framework does.
Test plan:
1. Without the patch, Administration - MARC bibliographic frameworks -
Binders row - Actions menu - MARC structure
2. Type 092 and press Enter in the Search for tag: input
3. 092 row - Actions menu - Delete - Yes, delete this tag
4. Stare blankly at the blank page with only a header
5. Apply patch, restart_all
6. Administration - MARC bibliographic frameworks - Kits row - Actions menu -
MARC structure
7. Type 092 and press Enter in the Search for tag: input
8. 092 row - Actions menu - Delete - Yes, delete this tag
9. Enjoy the sight of the Kits framework showing a search for 092 that
doesn't show one, because you just deleted it, and now you can delete

The scripts for managing biblio and authority framework tag editing are
expecting an op of cud-delete-confirm, but the op that is passed is the
correct thing, delete-confirm, because it's a GET of a page where the
confirmation will happen, not the later cud- operation. You can only see
that the expected op is wrong because the confirmation page doesn't get
the description of the tag.

an op 'cud-delete_confirm' but delete_confirm isn't cud, it's just a GET of a
page asking if you are sure. The scripts just need to expect the op they are
actually getting, delete_confirm.
Test plan:
1. Administration - MARC bibliographic framework - New framework
2. Give the framework any code and description and Submit
3. Actions menu for your new framework - Delete
4. Note the message says 'Confirm deletion of framework '' ()?" rather than
having the code and description included.
5. Click Yes, note that deleting failed
6. Administration - Authority types - New authority type
7. Give the authority type any type and description and Submit
8. Actions menu for your authority type - Delete
9. Note the message again says '' () rather than 'desc' (FOO)
10. Click yes, note that deleting failed
11. Finally! Apply patch, reset_all
12. Repeat steps 1-10, this time noting that you get 'desc' (FOO) rather than
'' (), and that deleting works.

This patches removes the "cud-" prefix from the "delete_confirm"
parameter check in Library EAN management. The confirm step is a GET
operation.
To test, apply the patch and restart services;

- Add an entry if necessary, then click "Delete."
- You should be taken to a confirmation page: "Confirm deletion of

- Confirm deletion and verify that the EAN was deleted.

This is another instance of the deletion confirmation step getting
mistakenly auto-updated as if it were the deletion step. The
'delete_confirm' doesn't need the 'cud-' prefix, only the
'delete_confirmed' step.
To test, apply the patch and restart services.
- Test the process of deleting a budget.
- On the confirmation step you should see the name of the budget you're
about to delete.
- After confirming, the deletion should complete correctly.

The main entry form of corporate names (110), uniform titles (130), topical
terms (150), geographical names (151), and genre/form (155) are not indexed
with 'Match' search field in Elasticsearch standard mapping. As a result,
the respective records are not present on the result list when performing
an 'All headings' search for the authority records with the main heading form
(MARC 21).
Test plan

This patch re-syncs the two catalog concerns display tables markup. We
add the 'Title' field into the catalog/detail version of the table and
split the columns settings so you can control the table distinctly from
the cataloguing module version so we can hide 'title' by default in the
details display tab.
This results in the table matching the display from the cataloguing
module page, i.e. the assignee and status detail displays.

In Elasticsearch, the field 041 (subfields: a, d, e, i, j)
is not indexed with 'ln' search field. As a result, records cannot
be found when searching with languages present in 041 (but only
with the one from 008/35-37), and the languages are also missing
from the facet.
Subfields content (only relevant subfields):
$a - Language code of text/sound track or separate title
$d - Language code of sung or spoken text
$e - Language code of librettos
$i - Language code of intertitles
$j - Language code of subtitles
Test plan
=========
0. Have a test installation with Elasticsearch.
1. In ktd with its test data, make a biblio search for a language present
in 041 a/d/e/i/j but not in 008/35-37, e.g. for Japanese (with ln:jpn
or from Advance search). You will get no results.
2. Apply the patch, reindex with:
sudo koha-elasticsearch --rebuild -r -b kohadev
3. Repeat the test. You should get some records and also you should see
the Japanese language in the Languages facet.

With Zebra, the general keyword search covered the entire record content,
even if the field was not explicitly indexed with a Zebra index (the Any index).
With Elasticsearch only the content of the fields explicitly indexed
can be found with general keyword search. This is OK, to some extent, but with
the current configuration it hides the content fo some important notes from the
searches, and librarians complained about that: 520 - Summary, etc.,
561 - Ownership and Custodial History, 563 - Binding Information.
This patch adds the content of 520, 561, and 563 fields to the 'note'
search field.
Test plan
=========
1. Have an installation with Elasticsearch.
2. Add some information to the 520, 561, and/or 563 fields (561 is
hidden in the default framework--one should enable it to be able to use
the 561 field). Save teh record.
3. Try to find the record with the general keyword search, with the words
you used. If they were specific enough, you will get no results.
4. Apply the patch, reindex with:
sudo koha-elasticsearch --rebuild -r -b kohadev
5. Confirm that now you are able to find the record with the information
you entered.

Extension to bug 36269: 1) when cataloguing old prints, the standardized form of
the place of publication is given in the field 752 and as such should also be indexed.
2) Also, normal UNIMARC fields for publication place should be indexed (210a, 214a).
Test plan
=========
Scenario A (MARC 21, field 752)
-------------------------------
0. Have an installation with Elasticsearch and MARC 21 configuration.
1. Activate subfields 752 $a, $d in the default framework (Visibility: Editor).
2. Edit an existing record with this framework, putting some rare words in the
752 $a and $d subfields.
3. Try to make a search with tis words (general keyword or by publication place,
i.e. pl:).
4. You hsold get no results.
5. Apply the patch, reindex with:
sudo koha-elasticsearch --rebuild -r -b kohadev
6. Repeat p. 3. You should get your edited record.
Scenario B (UNIMARC)
--------------------
0. Have an installation with Elasticsearch and UNIMARC configuration.
1. Try to search for a publication place, either with pl: directly in the
search window, or in Advanced search, with Publisher location.
With ktd UNIMARC test date you can search for 'Ste Geneviève Cedex'.
2. You should get no results.
3. Apply the patch, reindex with:

This patch adds a new index for authorities, Other-control-number, and maps it to 035$a.
This will help when trying to match authority records when importing external records.
Test 1:
0. Make sure Elasticsearch is set as the search engine
1. Apply patch and restart
2. Import the attached record
2.1. Go to Cataloging > Stage records for import
2.2. Choose the file
2.3. Click Upload file
2.4. Choose Record type: Authority
2.5. Click Stage for import
(wait until the job is finished...)
2.6. Click View batch
2.7. Click Import this batch into the catalog
(wait until the job is finished...)
2.8. Click Manage imported batch
2.9. Click View next to the record
2.10. Note the auth id number
3. Examine the ES entry for the record (replace INDEX_NAME with the index name (found in koha-conf.xml and XX with the auth_id)
curl -XGET 'http://localhost:9200/INDEX_NAME_authorities/data/XX?_source_includes=other-control-number&pretty'
--> It should give you the value of 035$a
Test 2 (optional):
1. Steps 1 and 2 as above
2. Add a matching rule to match on 035$a for authority records
2.1. Go to Administration > Record matching rules
2.2. Click New record matching rule
2.3. Fill out the form
- Matching rule code: enter a code (for example AUTCONTROL)
- Description: enter a description (for example 035$a for authorities)
- Match threshold: 100
- Record type: Authority record
- Search index: Other-control-number
- Score: 100
- Tag: 035
- Subfields: a
2.4. Click Save
3. Import the same record again, checking for matches using the new rule
3.1. Go to Cataloging > Stage records for import
3.2. Choose the file
3.3. Click Upload file
3.4. Choose Record type: Authority
3.5. Choose Record matching rule: rule created above
2.6. Click Stage for import
(wait until the job is finished...)

For MARC 21, canceled/invalid ISBNs (subfield 020 $z) are not being
indexed in Elasticsearch (search fields identifier-standard and isbn),
but it is for UNIMARC (subfield 010 $z). As a result, a user searching
for such an ISBN (e.g. with wrong checksum--and therefor put in 020 $z)
will not find the record in the catalogue.
A new isbn-all Elasticsearch search field 'isbn-all' has been created with
020az (MARC 21, and 010az for UNIMARC), 010z has been removed from isbn
search field for UNIMARC, and 020z has been added to identifier-standard
search field.

This new feature allows to manage facets for Elasticsearch from the
administration page.
Prior to this the facet fields were hardcoded in the codebase.
Librarians can then add/remove facet fields and modify their label.
Test plan:
1. Create a new search field and set it a label different than its name.
2. Save
3. Go the bibliographic mapping tab
4. Add 1+ mapping for this search field (Searchable and facetable must be "Yes")
5. Add, reorder, remove new facets
6. Save and reindex your records
7. Search and notice the new facet list
QA: There are several wrong things in this area (ES + facets code,
everything, pm, pl, tt AND on this administration page). I have done my
best to clean the code as much as I could and keep the code cleaner
after than before. But there are still a lot to do.
There are still inconsistencies on this page (like we need to save to
see the changes applied to the other tables), but this is clearly out of
the scope of this bug report.
Another enhancement would be to move the facet list to a different DB
table, that could bring more flexibility:
* display or not (could be opac/staff/both/none)
* define the size per field (number of facet to display)
* order: move search_field.facet_order to this new table.
But, again, it's a lot more work.
More work is done in this area, please see related bug reports.

This patch adds geosearch to Koha (using Elasticsearch 7). ElasticSearch
search_mappings get new types to store lat/lon, which can be indexed
from MARC 034$s and 034$t. There is a small change to the DB to allow a
new value in search_field.type ENUM.
The QueryBuilder is extended to allow for building advanced
ElasticSearch Querys (eg geo_distance) that cannot be represented in a
simple string query. The UI for searching (including showing the results
on a OSM/Leaflet map) is implemented in a separate plugin
(https://github.com/HKS3/HKS3GeoSearch)
Test Plan:
* make sure you're running ElasticSearch 7
(eg via `curl http://es:9200?pretty | grep number`)
* apply patch
* got to a Framework, check Editor for 034$s and 034$t and save
* got to some books (in the correct framework) and enter some lat and lon into 034$s and 034$t (for example lat=48.216, lon=16.395)
* Run the elasticsearch indexer, maybe limited on the books you edited (-bn 123 -bn 456):
misc/search_tools/rebuild_elasticsearch.pl -b -v
* You can check if the indexing worked by inspecting the document in elasticsearch:
* get the biblionumber (eg 123)
* curl http://es:9200/koha_kohadev_biblios/_doc/123?pretty | grep -A5 geolocation
* You should get back a JSON fragment containing the lat/lon you stored
* You can query elasticsearch directly:
* Run the following curl command, but adapt the value for lat/lng and/or the distance (in meters)
* curl -X GET "http://es:9200/koha_kohadev_biblios/_search?pretty" -H 'Content-Type: application/json' -d '{"query": {"bool":{"must":{"match_all":{}},"filter":{"geo_distance":{"distance":100000,"geolocation":{"lat":48.2,"lon":16.4}}}}}}'
* To run the search via Koha, you need to either install and use https://github.com/HKS3/HKS3GeoSearch or create a handcrafted query string:
* handcrafted query string:
* /cgi-bin/koha/opac-search.pl?advsearch=1&idx=geolocation&q=lat:48.25+lng:18.35+distance:100km&do=Search
* HKS3GeoSearch
* install the plugin and enable it
* got to OPAC / Advanced Search
* There is a new input box "Geographic Search" where you can enter lat/long/radius
* On the search result page a map is shown with pins for each found biblioitem

This patch adds accounting for the `CalendarFirstDayOfWeek` and
`TimeFormat` preferences in the libraries management pages.
We respect CalendarFirstDayOfWeek for both input and display, but we
only respect TimeFormat for input at this time. We need a new template
helper and js helper for formatting just time in the appropriate format,
currently we only have such formatters for full datetimes.

The patch for bug 33575 was carelessely applied so
the holds section was overwritten by a duplicated
section which cause the table configuration for
the holds-to-pull table to be missing.
Test plan:
* Place a hold on a record that has items (so there is at least one hold to pull)
* Go to the page "holds to pull" and verify that the column settings are present
to the left above the table (<cog wheel icon> Columns).
NOTE: the column settings are cached, so you need to reset memcached
between tests if you want to test with and without the patch.

Currently the index `pl` points to 008/15-17. It should
(additionally/instead?) point to 260a and/or 264a.
Test plan (for koha-testing-docker with ElasticSearch via `ktd --es7 up`)
Verify the old/broken behaviour:
* Go to Staff/Advanced Search
* Select "Publisher Location" and enter "cau", start search
* You will get some hits (~16), eg "Perl best practices / Damian Conway", which has 008 of "051222s2005 caua b 001 0 eng d" with "cau" on 15-17
* Edit this record (cgi-bin/koha/cataloguing/addbiblio.pl?biblionumber=5)
* Inspect 260$a, which should containt "Sebastopol, CA :"
* Go back to Advanced Search and search for "Publisher Location" = "Sebastopol"
* No hits!
Apply the patch!
* exit ktd and stop it (ktd --es7 down; ktd --es7 stop)
* start it again
* Go to Staff / Administration / Search Engine Config (Elasticsearch)
* Click on the Tab "Bibliographic records" and search/filter for "pl"
* you should see 3 entries for "pl", with Mapping values of "008_/15-17", "260a" and "264a"
* Go to Search,
* Select "Publisher Location" and enter "cau", start search
* same hits as befor
* Search again, but for "Sebastopol"
* Now you'll get 9 hits!!
Bonus: Test 264a
* Got to Admin / MARC bibl framework, select BKS -> MARC structure
* search for tag "264", edit subfields
* in tabs a, b, c: Check the "Editor" Checkbox (Visibility)
* Save changes
* find a book, eg again "Perl best practices" and edit it
* find field 264 and enter "Test" into 264a, Save
* Depending on your setup, you might have to manually re-index the book:
* enter ktd: ktd --shell
* reindex the one book (via --bn) or all (might also need a -d)
/usr/share/koha/bin/search_tools/rebuild_elasticsearch.pl -v -b -d
* Go again to Advanced Search, Publisher Location = "Test"
* You should find the book
If your NOT running ktd, you might be able to just edit the ElasticSearch Mappings to add / change the mapping for "pl" to point to "260a".
One rather harsh way to do this (which I needed to do, because the ES Mappings UI did not work for me) is via this SQL:
update search_marc_map set marc_field='260a' where marc_field='008_/15-17';

It seems that we loop all categories and item types to build the circ
matrix. We should only loop over values that have actually been used
in circulation rules.
Test Plan:

script:
use t::lib::TestBuilder;
my $builder = t::lib::TestBuilder->new();
$builder->build( { source => 'Category' } ) for 0..1000;

This patch makes two changes: The first changes the name of the op value
matched in the script when editing a set. The "mod" step is a GET
operation to load the edit form.
The second change is a workaround for the fact that a submit
button looks bad in a Bootstrap dropdown. The patch creates a hidden
form for deletion operations. Clicking a "delete" link in a dropdown
fills the hidden form with the OAI set id to be deleted and submits it.

This patch finally adjust the default mappings to add a new field to
the elastic index with the title stripped of punctuation
This method optionally allows the library to place the filtered version in the same
search field, or a new search field. The default mappings will include the filtered version
in a keyword search, but not a targeted search
To test:
1 - Import some affected records via z3950, e.g.:
Carrie's war
1,000 Japanese words
2 - Search (using Elasticsearch) for the titles without including punctuation
Carries war
1000 Japanese words
3 - No results
4 - Reload mappings and reindex
perl misc/search_tools/rebuild_elasticsearch.pl -v -r
5 - Search again
6 - Success!
7 - Search title specifically:
ti:Carries war
8 - No results
9 - Adjust mappings.yaml to add second mapping for 245 to title index:
- facet: ''
marc_field: 245abp
marc_type: marc21
sort: 1
suggestible: 1
filter: punctuation
10 - Reload mappings and reindex
11 - Repeat 7

This patch modifies the late orders page so that the table of
information contains a column for basket creation date. This will allow
administrators to configure the table to sort by default on basket
creation date if they wish.
To test, apply the patch and restart services.
- Go to Acquisitions -> Late orders.
- The table of late orders should include a column labeled "Basket date"
showing the basket creation date.
- The dates should be formatted correctly and the column should sort
correctly.
- Go to Administration -> Table settings and navigate to the settings
for the lateorders page.
- Try changing various settings for the table to confirm that everything
works correctly, including setting the default sort to use the basket
date column.

This patch allows for branch specific userJS and userCSS to be added through the libraries table. This works in conjunction with the global UserJS and UserCSS functionality and allows for multiple OPACs with different css and js options.
Test plan:
1) Add to apache conf (/etc/apache2/sites-available/kohadev.conf)
SetEnv OPAC_BRANCH_DEFAULT "FFL"
RequestHeader add X-Koha-SetEnv "OPAC_BRANCH_DEFAULT FFL"
2) In the container, run restart_all
3) Navigate to the OPACUserJS and OPACUserCSS system preferences and add the following: OPACUserJS - console.log('Hello from global sysprefs');, OPACUserCSS - 'body { background-color: black; }'
4) Refresh the OPAC and the background should be black and the message should be logged to the console in developer tools
5) Navigate to Administration > Libraries
6) On the Fairfield branch (if this does not exist you will need to create a branch with a code matching the code that you added to the apache conf file), click edit
7) At the bottom there should be two fields to add userjs and usercss, complete with Codemirror syntax checking
8) In userjs add console.log('Hello from branch level'); and in usercss add 'body { background-color: blue; } then save
9) Return to the OPAC and refresh
10) If you are logged out of the OPAC it should now be logging both the message from global and from the branch level and the background should be blue (if not you will need to log out)
11) Log back into the OPAC using a user that DOES NOT have a default branch matching the branch you added to the Apache conf
12) The OPAC should now revert to only showing the global message in the console with a black background

This patch fixes some inconsistencies in the item search fields
administration page, making sure the page title, breadcrumb navigation,
and page headers are consistent with each other.
The patch makes some changes to the way new item search fields are added
in order to keep the display consistent with other similar interfaces:
The "add" form is no longer shown dynamically from the page listing item
search fields. Clicking the "New search field" toolbar button will now
take you to the same template used for editing existing search fields.
This allows us to put the correct context into page title, breadcrumbs,
and headings.
To test, apply the patch and go to Administration -> Item search fields.
Test the process of adding a new search field and editing an existing
search field.

Some libraries debar Patrons at the end of the year for having unpaid fines,
like in Bug 15157. Currently librarians have to manually remove this type of
debarments after Patron has paid his/her fines.
This patch adds ability to create restrictions which are lifted after
patron pays ceratain amount of fines.
To test:
1. Apply this patch.
2. Restart your services if needed.
3. Navigate to page restrictions.pl.
=> Note that table has two new colums in it, "Lift after payment?" and "Fee limit".
4. Add new restriction which has "Lift after payment?" set
as Yes and fee limit as 5.
5. Create fees for a patron so they exceed fee limit e.g. 10
6. Add restriction made in step 2. for the patron
7. Pay patrons fees partially so that they go under fee limit
=> Note that patrons restriction should now be lifted.

Bug 22284 introduced ability to create hold groups.
We should have ability to create float groups in
same manner. This patch adds checkbox "Is local

policy "Item floats by librarygroup".
To test:
1. Add new float group and some libraries to it.
2. From circulation and fine rules, set default
return policy as "Item floats by library group".
3. Check out an item for a patron.
4. Set library as one that belongs in the same
float group.
5. Check in the item.
=> Observe that notice for transfer doesn't pop up.
6. Check out again.
7. This time set library as one that doen's
belong in the same float group.

At the moment it's quite a lot of clicks to get from the basket
summary to the invoice something was received in. This adds a nice
shortcut by creating a new column for the invoicenumber in the basket
summary table.
To test:
* Make sure you have a basket with some received and unreceived
order lines
* Verify that the (received) shows for your received lines
* Verify no invoice number or link to it in sight
* Apply patch
* Verify that there is now a column for the Invoice containing
the invoice number as a link to the invoice
* Test with a staff patron, that doesn't have edit_invoices permission
* Verify that now instead of a link you see the invoice number as text
Be happy, sign off ;)
Note: this doesn't change the CSV export. The way the CSV is built is
quite different to the summary table, so it would be better handled
in a separate bug/patch. The columns are already quite different!

This patch adds the option to display sort1 and sort2 columns in the
view of the contents of a basket in acquisitions. The columns are
labeled "Statistic 1" and "Statistic 2" to match the labels in the
order creation/edit form.
The fields are hidden by default in the updated table configuration.
To test, apply the patch and restart services.
- Go to acquisitions and create a basket if necessary:
- Search for a vendor and click New -> Basket from the vendor
toolbar on the vendor search results screen.
- Create a basket, then click "Add to basket" from the basket details
page.
- Add an order to the basket.
- With at least one order in the basket, check the table of orders in
the basket.
- The columns should be unchanged.
- The table configuration button should show the two statistics fields
as hidden. Test that they can be displayed.
- Go to Administration -> Table settings.
- Under Acquisitions -> basket, try changing the settings for the
Statistic 1 and Statistic 2 fields, and check that your changes are
reflected in the basket view.
- Test with a vendor which has an EDI account:
- Enable the EDIFACT system preference.
- Go to Administration -> EDI accounts and create an account for your
vendor.
- Confirm that the table of orders in your basket still displays
correctly now that the "Supplier report" column is present.

At some point the option for 'undef' was removed from te sort options
and was collapsed to yes/no
The dropdowns when adding a new field were missed, this patch corrects that.
While undef in a mappings file wil stil load, when saving we should not privde undef any longer
To test:
1 - Browse to bottom to add a new field on the 'Bibliographic records' tab in
Administration > Search engine configuration (Elasticsearch)
2 - Set sortable column to undef, set other columns and provide a valid field
3 - Click '+Add'
4 - Click 'Save'
5 - At top of page you receive an error:
An error occurred when updating mappings: DBIx::Class::Storage::DBI::_dbh_execute(): DBI Exception: DBD::mysql::st execute failed: Column 'sort' cannot be null at /kohadevbox/koha/Koha/SearchField.pm line 37 .
6 - Apply patch, restart all
7 - Add a new mapping, your only choices are Yes/No
8 - Save mapping
9 - Confirm it saves correctly

Bug 27378: Stop the codemirror editor and delete confirmation from duplicating
Previously, if the "Add new code button" was clicked in the CookieConsentedJS editor, the original entry would have duplicated CodeMirror editors.
This was exponential, i.e adding two new lines would result in three codemirror editors appearing on the first entry, two on the second and so on.
The click event was not being applied properly and was being applied to every element with the .expand-textarea class, rather than specifically the new elements being created. The addExpandHandler function now loops through each element individually and decides whether to apply the click event handler.
Similarly, the delete confirmation was dupliacting for the same reason. This has also been resolved.
