Tomas Cohen Arazi b8b22fe417 Bug 7143: Updates for the 3.22 release ... This patch adds the new devs missing from the history.txt file that contributed patches during the 3.22 release cycle. It fixes the missing ones on the about page too. Bonus: Adds Olli, who was missing, so numbering shift was needed too.
