Martin Renvoize cd5e4d22a1 Bug 29016: (QA follow-up) Document the action_logs list controller ... Replace the empty =head3 stub with a proper synopsis explaining the URL, the supported filtering / ordering / embed surface, and the permission requirement. Aligns the controller with the documentation density of other Koha REST controllers and removes the "Missing POD" QA noise.
