Bug 20443: Fix patron modification approval
There was a mismatch between "value" and "attribute". Before this
patchset, "value" was sometimes used, but then it comes "attribute" to
match the DB column's name.
We must keep both here, when an upgrade is done we could have "value"
that is still in the borrower_modifications.extended_attributes JSON

Bug 23151: Tweak to use the new database structure
This will use changed_fields to know whether a
borrower field is actually modified.

Jonathan Druart 6692800794 Bug 11853: Allow to clear the date of birth at the OPAC
A patron is not able to clear their date of birth.

When cleared tt is set to NULL in DB which means, for the patron's
modifications feature, that nothing has been changed.

Test plan:
0/ Do not apply the patch
1/ Edit your personal details at the OPAC
2/ Add a date of birth
3/ On the staff interface, approve the modification request
=> OK it is updated
4/ Edit your personal details and clear the date of birth
5/ On the staff interface
=> KO the table display is wrong, nothing is marked has changed
6/ Approve the modification requiest
=> KO it has not been cleared
7/ Apply the patch and repeat 1 to 6 and confirm that the behaviors are
now correct.

Jonathan Druart a037b80ee3 Bug 18403: Deal with the DB user
On first login, Koha explodes before the logged in user does not exist
in DB.
This patch deals with that by adding several checks when it's needed.

Test plan:
Use the DB user to create a superlibrarian user.
The DB user should no be allowed to do anything else.

Bug 18403: Fix patron creation

memberentry.pl can be called to create a new patron, in that case the
patron does not exist yet.

Jonathan Druart fb2550de6e Bug 18403: Patron modification requests
Limit patron's modifications based on logged in patron permissions.

Test plan:
Create some patron's modification requests at the OPAC
Make sure the logged in staff user see (or not) the modification depending his
permissions.
The number of modification displayed on the mainpage should be correct as well.

Jonathan Druart 475c294b29 Bug 18461: (bug 13757 follow-up) Do not mix decode_json and to_json
Internal server error while approving OPAC-edited patron attributes
containing umlauts (äöü)

If a OPAC user enters text containing umlauts (äöü) in a patron atribute
and saves it, the Staff client will get an inernal server error in
members-update.pl (approving).

E.g. a text like 111ä222 leads to the following in plack error log:

malformed UTF-8 character in JSON string, at character offset 14

To test:
- Reproduce problem above
- Apply patch
- Verify that Home > Patron > Update records displays without error
and 'New value' displays properly
- Approve!

Also, run the tests:
- Run:
  $ sudo koha-shell kohadev
 k$ cd kohaclone
 k$ prove t/db_dependent/Koha/Patron/Modifications.t
=> FAIL: Tests explode due to encoding problems in JSON handling
- Apply the patch
- Run the tests again:
 k$ prove t/db_dependent/Koha/Patron/Modifications.t
=> SUCCESS: Tests pass!

Tomas Cohen Arazi f9a5fd005e Bug 13757: Make K::P::Modifications->pending return K::P::Attribute
This patch makes Koha::Patron::Modifications->pending return
Koha::Patron:Attribute objects. They are not stored on the DB but only
live in memory on runtime.

members-update.pl is the only place this is used, and this way we have
all we need for better rendering the UI.

Tests are added for the changed API.

Tomas Cohen Arazi 332895b781 Bug 17767: Make Koha::Patron::Modification handle extended attributes
This patch makes Koha::Patron::Modification aware of the new extended_attributes
column, which is expected to contain valid JSON data.

The ->store method is modified so it validates the field value (i.e. the content
is decoded using the JSON library) and raises a convenient exception in case of
failure.

This behaviour change is covered by the provided unit tests.

To test:
- Apply the patchset
- Run:
  $ prove t/db_dependent/Koha/Patron/Modifications.t
=> SUCCESS: Tests make sense, and they pass
- Sign off :-D

Kyle M Hall 1016139132 Bug 16960 - Patron::Modifications should be fixed
The changes from opac-memberentry do not reach the table, since the
Patron::Modifications object does not work well.

Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Create some patron modification requests
3) Ensure you can approve and deny modifications
4) Ensure patron self registration works

Kyle M Hall 7276a38c2b Bug 14757 - Allow the use of Template Toolkit syntax for slips and notices
This bug is the beginning of a conversion from our current bespoke
syntax for slips and notices to Template Toolkit syntax.

This patch is the initial seed which will evolve over time.
With this addition, we can take advantage of our Koha Objects
to greatly simplify the processing of Slips and Notices over time.

Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Ensure you have the default CHECKOUT notice
3) Check out and return an item for a patron
4) Note the text of the CHECKOUT notice
5) Replace your CHECKOUT notice with the following:

The following items have been checked out:
----
[% biblio.title %]
----
Thank you for visiting [% branch.branchname %].

6) Repeat step 3
7) Note the CHECKOUT notice text matches the previous CHECKOUT notice text

Jonathan Druart 3691bd8419 Bug 15548: Move new patron related code to Patron*
The 'borrower' should not be used anymore, especially for new code.
This patch move files and rename variables newly pushed (i.e. in the Koha
namespace).

Test plan:
1/
  git grep Koha::Borrower
should not return code in use.

2/
Prove the different modified test files

3/ Do some clicks in the member^Wpatron module to be sure there is not
an obvious error.
