So far the administration module only allowed for 2 permissions:
- circulation conditions (manage_circ_rules)
- everything else (parameters_remaining_permissions)
With this patch almost every section of the administration page
will have its own granular permission.
To test:
- Create different staff users:
1) One with parameters_remaining_permissions
2) One with parameters
3) One with catalogue and no parameters
4) One superlibrarian
- Apply the patch
- Run the database update
- Check the staff users:
1) All subpermissions, but manage_circ_rules
should be checked
2) Nothing should have changed
3) manage_item_serach_fields shoudl be checked
(page had catalogue permission before)
4) Nothing should have changed
- Try different settings of the permissions and
verify that
- Administration page behaves correctly
- Administration menu behaves correctly

This patch adds a configuration option for pickup locations.
To test:
1. Apply patch
2. Go to cgi-bin/koha/admin/branches.pl
3. Observe there is a new column "Pickup location"
4. Click "Edit" for any library
5. Scroll to bottom of the page and select "No"
6. Click "Submit"
7. Observe your library in Libraries-table, notice the value of "Pickup location"
has changed to "No"

1) Apply this patch set
2) Note your existing search groups have been ported over to the new
__SEARCH_GROUPS__ group if you had any
3) Create the group __SEARCH_GROUPS__ if one does not already exist
4) Add some first level subgroups to this group, add libraries to those groups
5) Search the library group searching in the intranet and opac
6) Note you get the same results as pre-patch

This patch is a follow-up of bug 16154.
It removes the warning "CGI::param called in list context" in the
following scripts:
admin/branches.pl
admin/categories.pl
admin/patron-attr-types.pl
admin/preferences.pl
catalogue/image.pl
circ/circulation.pl
patroncards/add_user_search.pl
serials/add_user_search.pl
tools/marc_modification_templates.pl
virtualshelves/shelves.pl
Note that the warning from catalogue/itemsearch.pl still exists (the
call to CGI->param is done from the template).
Test plan:
- Add/modify a library, patron category, patron attr type
- Update a syspref
- Set localcoverimage and call catalogue/image.pl?biblionumber=XXX
- Search for patrons in the patron cards or serials module
- Add a marc modification templates
- Add a list (shelves)
You should not get the warning in the log after all these actions.

To test:
1) Go to Admin -> Libraries and groups
2) Try to delete a library with patrons and bib items
3) See the error message in yellow
4) Try to delete a branch category/group without any library attached
to it
5) Apply patch and repeat steps 1 to 4. Notice about the changes
6) Test buttons Yes, delete and No, do not delete and verify that they
work as expected

If a group of libraries is linked to at least 1 library, the group
cannot be delete and the librarian should get a warning message.
But if no libraries are linked, the deletion should be allowed.
Since bug 15294 this behavior is broken: The deletion is always blocked:
"This library category cannot be deleted. 0 libraries are still using
it", hum...

Create a group of libraries, delete it

This patch rewrites the admin/branches.pl script to use the new modules
instead of C4::Branches.
Test plan:
1/ Create libraries using all the fields available
2/ Create groups of libraries
3/ Assign 1+ libraries to some groups
4/ Delete libraries and groups of libraries
You should not able to delete a library if items or patrons use it.
You should not able to delete a group of libraries if there are still
libraries using it.
5/ Update libraries and groups of libraries
Followed test plan, works as expected.

The category type was always set to 'searchdomain', because it's the
first of the dropdown list.
Test plan:
1/ Create or edit a library group
2/ Set the category type to "properties"
3/ Edit it again
4/ Confirm "properties" is correctly selected

Since we switched to Template Toolkit we don't need to stick with the
sufix we used for HTML::Template::Pro.
This patch changes the occurences of '.tmpl' in favour of '.tt'.
To test:
- Apply the patch
- Install koha, and verify that every page can be accesed

The prototype is not consistent, GetBranchCategory should return only 1 result
and GetBranchCategories should not have a categorycode argument.
This patch fixes that.

1/ Try to add/remove/modify a library.
2/ Add some groups
3/ Add these groups to a library

This patch adds the ability to add groups to the library select
pulldown on the opac, if it is enabled.
Test Plan:
1) Apply patch
2) Run updatedatabase.pl
3) Go to Administration › Libraries and groups
4) Create a new group, or edit an existing one
5) Ensure the 'Show in search pulldown' checkbox is checked
6) Save the group
7) Enable OpacAddMastheadLibraryPulldown if it is not already enabled
8) Load the OPAC, try the group search from the libraries pulldown menu

A fix was submitted by Nahuel on 23 Nov 2009 and pushed, but
it combined messages for existing patrons and existing items.
This patch defines separate messages for the various cases and
corrects a typo in the original fix which left existing patrons
unreported.

If one attempts to add a new library with a code already in use,
an error message is shown. The main library data input by the user
is preserved, allowing the user to try a new code.
This also corrects a glitch in the previous patch concerning
adding a branch category whose code is already in use.

While trying to add a new Branch with an existing Branch code, the UI says "Library saved" instead of something such as "Please select a unique branch code".
Remove entire subs that were unused. Remove "toggle" code.
Comment out unconditional warn.
Remove inaccurate comments regarding long-fixed bugs and obsolete processes.
Remove unused variables.
Added "dialog message" div around MESSAGE8.
NOTE: all printer functions currently useless, unfixed by this patch.

[1] Restore behavior of the input field for the library
code; when adding a new library, it should be a
a text box; when editing an existing library,
should be a hidden input.
[2] When user attempts to add a new library with the same
code as that of an existing library, populate the form
with what the user entered for the new library, not the
values from the existing library.

When you put a library in a group it doesn't show on the details list. The
details list has a properties column that maybe is supposed to be used for this
since there doesn't appear to be any other use for it.
