Bug 23843: Add mapping to Koha::Library
This patch adds a to_api_mapping method to the class. This in effect
enables calling ->to_api on the object. The mapping is borrowed from the
API controller. It is not removed from the controller so we are able to
verify (through the tests) that there is no behavior change.
Once this is pushed we need to implement the counter-wise methods and
clean the controllers.
To test:
1. Run:
   $ kshell
  k$ prove t/db_dependent/api/v1/libraries.t
=> SUCCESS: Tests pass
2. Apply this patch
3. Repeat (1)
=> SUCCESS: Tests still pass!
4. Sign off :-D

Martin Renvoize 85be5a8188 Bug 11897: Stockrotation
The stock rotation feature adds a batch process to automate rotation of
catalgue items with a staff client page under tools to manage rotas/schedules.

Once a rota is configured, and your staff user has the right permissions
to allocate items, then an additional tab will appear on biblio records
allowing the management of of which rota, if any, individual items belong to.

It also includes a cron script to process the items on a daily basis.

Jonathan Druart 6e14fd5276 Bug 18403: Add new method Koha::Library->library_group
This is more a follow-up for bug 15707. It could be moved on its own bug report
if necessary.

Test plan:
  prove t/db_dependent/LibraryGroups.t
should return green

Kyle M Hall 2059f7d801 Bug 16735: Migrate library search groups into the new hierarchical groups
Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch set
2) Note your existing search groups have been ported over to the new
   __SEARCH_GROUPS__ group if you had any
3) Create the group __SEARCH_GROUPS__ if one does not already exist
4) Add some first level subgroups to this group, add libraries to those groups
5) Search the library group searching in the intranet and opac
6) Note you get the same results as pre-patch

Josef Moravec b36a0e1a59 Bug 10132: Add ability to set MARC Organization Code at library level
Test plan:
0. Apply patches
1. Update database
2. Go to administration -> libraries, try to update some library and
fill in some value into Marc Organization code field
3. Save this library and edit again - the code should be stored
correctly
4. Go to system preferences and fill in some value into MARCOrgCode
preference, note there is enhanced description mentioning the ability to
set organization code on library level
5. Set active library to the one with own org code stored
6. Go to cataloguing, create new empty record and click into field 003 -
there should be the code you filled for that library
7. Set active library to one withou marc org code
8. Go to cataloguing, create new empty record and click into field 003 -
there should be the code from system preference
9. Go to system preferences again and set AutoCreateAuthorities to
'generate' and BiblioAddsAuthorities to 'allow'
10. Go to cataloguing and create some biblio record, fill in any author
in to create its authority record, save the biblio
11. Go to authorities and find this created authority, go to details and
check the fields: 003, 040$a, 040$c, 670$a - there should be used right org code
12. prove t/db_dependent/AuthoritiesMarc.t t/db_dependent/Biblio.t t/db_dependent/Koha/Libraries.t

Jonathan Druart 9e764b63c4 Bug 15294: Koha::Libraries - Move existing Koha::Branch[es]
There was already 2 Koha::Branch[es] using Koha::Object[s] before.
For this new rewrite, it seems preferable to start with good basis and
name the new modules Koha::Library and Koha::Libraries.

Tested both patches together, works as expected.
