Bug 38184: Show due date on OpacTrustedCheckout modal
This fixes checkout fields being made available to the public API.

Note: This depends on the fix at Bug 39313, so make sure you apply that
first.

To test:

1. Enabled OpacTrustedCheckout system preference
2. Search for an item and get the barcode
3. Go to the OPAC
4. Click the Self-checkout button at the top
5. Enter the barcode and submit
6. Notice that the due date does not show in the modal, even though the
   due date was correctly set

7. Apply the patch and restart services

8. Go to the staff interface and check in your barcode
9. Repeat steps 3-5
10. Confirm the due date does show correctly in the modal

11. Confirm tests pass t/db_dependent/Koha/Checkout.t

Bug 17976: Add overdue_fines accessor to Koha::Checkout
This patch adds a new filtered relation accessor to the Koha::Checkout
object to return just overdue fine type account lines related to the
checkout.

Whilst this is easy to chain in code, it's not available via TT and so
this accessor is useful for the notices case.

Bug 27919: Return claims shouldn't change lost status if already set
This patch prevents a return claim from changing the lost status if it has already been set.

Test plan:
1) In system preferences, set the ClaimReturnedLostValue syspref to any value
2) Checkout an item to a patron
3) Set that item as lost, using a different status to the one you set in step 1
4) Create a return claim on the item
5) Check the item's lost status, it should now have been set to the value you set in step 1
6) Apply patch
7) reset_all
8) Repeat steps 1-5, this time the status should remain at the value you set in step 3 and not be overwritten by the return claim
9) Repeat steps 1,2,4 and 5 - this time the lost status should be set to the value you set in step 1 as we didn't have a pre-existing lost status

Bug 34924: Handle final renewal errors
This patch updates Koha::Checkout->attempt_auto_renew to renew when the 'final' errors are passed, and to pass the error value back to the cronjob for processing

The sample notice for AUTO_RENEW and AUTO_RENEW_DGST are both updated to handle the new error

On the next cron the error will be updated to too_many or too_unseen, but a notice will not be sent.

To test:
0 - Run reset_all to install the updated sample notices or copy the text
1 - Set system preference UnseenRenewals to 'Allow'
2 - Setup a circ rule to allow 2 renewals, 2 unseen renewals
3 - Checkout an item to a patron who has an email defined and auto renewals selected in messaging preferences
4 - Update the issue to be due/overdue:
    UPDATE issues SET date_due=DATE_SUB(NOW(), INTERVAL 1 DAYS);
 5 - perl misc/cronjobs/automatic_renewals.pl -v -c
6 - Confirm patron notified and issue renewed
 7 - Set issue due/overdue again
 8 - perl misc/cronjobs/automatic_renewals.pl -v -c
9 - Confirm patron notified of final unseen renewal
10 - perl misc/cronjobs/automatic_renewals.pl -v -c
11 - Confirm issue not renewed, patron not notified
12 - Update circ rules t all 4 renewals total
13 - Force renewal on staff side to clear unseen
14 - perl misc/cronjobs/automatic_renewals.pl -v -c
15 - Confirm patron notified of final renewal (allowed 4, 2 unseen from cron, 1 manual, this unseen from cron)
16 - perl misc/cronjobs/automatic_renewals.pl -v -c
17 - Confirm patron not notified, issue not renewed

Bug 34924: Add Koha::Checkout->attempt_auto_renew
This patch moves the actual renewal out of the auto_renewals cronjob script and into the object and adds tests. The logic for notices is still handled in the script.

To test:
1 - prove -v t/db_dependent/Koha/Checkouts.t
2 - Add a circ rule with auto_renew checked
3 - Checkout an item to a patron and set due date in the past
4 - Checkout an item to a patron and set due date in the future
5 - perl misc/cronjobs/automatic_renewals.pl -v
6 - Confirm one would be renewed and the other is too_soon
7 - perl misc/cronjobs/automatic_renewals.pl -v --confirm
8 - Confirm the expected issue is successfully renewed

Bug 30612: Add accountlines method to Koha::Checkout and Koha::Old::Checkout
It would be very useful to have an accountlines method on checkouts objects. In particular it would make fees related to a checkout available from the checkout objects in overdue notices.

Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) prove t/db_dependent/Koha/Account/Line.t
3) prove t/db_dependent/Koha/Checkouts.t

Jonathan Druart 9d6d641d1f Bug 17600: Standardize our EXPORT_OK
On bug 17591 we discovered that there was something weird going on with
the way we export and use subroutines/modules.
This patch tries to standardize our EXPORT to use EXPORT_OK only.

That way we will need to explicitely define the subroutine we want to
use from a module.

This patch is a squashed version of:
Bug 17600: After export.pl
Bug 17600: After perlimport
Bug 17600: Manual changes
Bug 17600: Other manual changes after second perlimports run
Bug 17600: Fix tests

And a lot of other manual changes.

export.pl is a dirty script that can be found on bug 17600.

"perlimport" is:
git clone https://github.com/oalders/App-perlimports.git
cd App-perlimports/
cpanm --installdeps .
export PERL5LIB="$PERL5LIB:/kohadevbox/koha/App-perlimports/lib"
find . \( -name "*.pl" -o -name "*.pm" \) -exec perl App-perlimports/script/perlimports --inplace-edit --no-preserve-unused --filename {} \;

The ideas of this patch are to:
* use EXPORT_OK instead of EXPORT
* perltidy the EXPORT_OK list
* remove '&' before the subroutine names
* remove some uneeded use statements
* explicitely import the subroutines we need within the controllers or
modules

Note that the private subroutines (starting with _) should not be
exported (and not used from outside of the module except from tests).

EXPORT vs EXPORT_OK (from
https://www.thegeekstuff.com/2010/06/perl-exporter-examples/)
"""
Export allows to export the functions and variables of modules to user’s namespace using the standard import method. This way, we don’t need to create the objects for the modules to access it’s members.

@EXPORT and @EXPORT_OK are the two main variables used during export operation.

@EXPORT contains list of symbols (subroutines and variables) of the module to be exported into the caller namespace.

@EXPORT_OK does export of symbols on demand basis.
"""

If this patch caused a conflict with a patch you wrote prior to its
push:
* Make sure you are not reintroducing a "use" statement that has been
removed
* "$subroutine" is not exported by the C4::$MODULE module
means that you need to add the subroutine to the @EXPORT_OK list
* Bareword "$subroutine" not allowed while "strict subs"
means that you didn't imported the subroutine from the module:
  - use $MODULE qw( $subroutine list );
You can also use the fully qualified namespace: C4::$MODULE::$subroutine

Bug 23843: Add mapping to Koha::Checkout
This patch adds a to_api_mapping method to the class. This in effect
enables calling ->to_api on the object. The mapping is borrowed from the
API controller. It is not removed from the controller so we are able to
verify (through the tests) that there is no behavior change.
Once this is pushed we need to implement the counter-wise methods and
clean the controllers.

This bug is the beginning of a conversion from our current bespoke

This patch is the initial seed which will evolve over time.
With this addition, we can take advantage of our Koha Objects

The following items have been checked out:
