-- ktd --es7 up
2) Visit /cgi-bin/koha/authorities/authorities-home.pl and search for 'tim'
3) Edit that, add a dash '-' to 100$a, like 'Bunce, Tim - name'"
4) Do a authority search for 'tim - name', notice it errors out
5) Apply patch
6) Perform the same search, notice it doesn't error and returns the correct record

An anonymous session might have a userenv which is undef or which is
a hashref of undef/empty values.
This patch generates the "anonymous" prefix for undef/empty 'id'
values, which prevents CSRF errors when logging in via OAuth2/OIDC
following a Koha logout.
Test plan:
Before applying patch:
1. Go to https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Testing_SSO
2. Set up OpenID Connect realm, user, client, and Koha
integration to Keycloak for koha-testing-docker as noted in the wiki
3. Go to http://localhost:8080/cgi-bin/koha/opac-main.pl?logout.x=1
4. Click on OIDC "Log in with XXXX" button and log into IDP
5. Note that you're not logged in and you instead see an error message like:
"There was an error authenticating to external identity provider wrong_csrf_token"
6. Apply patch
7. Go to "Sessions" section of the test realm in Keycloak
e.g. http://sso:8082/auth/admin/master/console/#/test/sessions
8. Click "Action" on the far right side of the screen
9. Choose "Sign out all active sessions"
After applying patch:
10. koha-plack --restart kohadev
11. Go to http://localhost:8080/cgi-bin/koha/opac-main.pl?logout.x=1
12. Click on OIDC "Log in with XXXX" button and log into IDP
13. Note that you're logged in
14. prove t/Token.t

This patch re-works the query in the existing_statuses method to remove
the FIXME and improve performance. We pass an SQL literal into the
query to make it explicit which illrequest_id we're looking for (which
dampens the SQL warning) even though we really don't mind which request
is returned here.
Test plan:
The following command will (hopefully) reset your ILL data and create 10k fake ILL requests (run this in DEV KTD only).
1) On an empty k-t-d, run:
bash <(curl -s https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ammopt/koha-ill-dev/master/start-ill-dev-data.sh)
2) Pet a cat
3) Visit /cgi-bin/koha/ill/ill-requests.pl and select a backend on the left side filters
4) Notice how the status filter takes a while (3-5 secs) to load
5) Apply patch and koha-plack --restart kohadev
6) Repeat 3, notice how the status filter now loads fast

biblioitems.itemtype can contain values that are not itemtypes (for
instance if the MARC field mapped to it uses another authorised value
category)
This patch checks that before using it as a default value for the
'itemtypes' item subfield.
Test plan:
0. Do not apply the patch yet
1. Change your MARC framework so that the field linked to
biblioitems.itemtype uses an authorised value category different from
'itemtypes'
2. Make sure that you have an item subfield linked to the authorised
value 'itemtypes' in your MARC framework
3. Create a biblio with an itemtype (using a value that is NOT an item
type, but a value from the authorised value category you selected in
step 1)
4. Create a new item for this biblio. Notice that the biblio itemtype is
automatically selected for the 'itemtypes' subfield
5. Apply the patch
6. Create a new item for the same biblio. Now the 'itemtypes' subfield
should be empty.
7. Revert the change at step 1 so that your biblioitems.itemtype MARC
field uses the 'itemtypes' AV category
8. Modify your biblio to use a valid item type.
9. Create a new item. The biblio itemtype should be used as a default
value

This patch adds a check on holds for 'found' statuses. Holds with the
following statuses have special workflows in Koha, and overwritting
their pickup locations yields uncertain scenarios:
* Waiting: the item has probably been put on a special shelve
* In transit: the item is travelling to a new destination, and changing
the pickup location should include some validations, and probably
generate some notifications. At least.
* In processing: the item has already been taken out of the shelve for
some internal processing. Changing the pickup location could interfere
with this workflow. Overriding this limitation could be introduced
with care on a separate report.
To test:
1. Apply the unit tests patch
2. Run:
$ ktd --shell
k$ prove t/db_dependent/api/v1/holds.t
=> FAIL: Tests don't pass. Holds go through (200) instead of being
rejected (409).

This patch takes a step forward on the password validation endpoint, by
adding the `identifier` parameter and making it be allowed

If get_expiry_date is passed a DateTime object as a parameter,
it modifies and returns the original object. When memberentry.pl
prefills the input fields for duplicating a patron, it passes the
enrollment date object to get_expiry_date. This causes the enrollment
date object to be modified with the expiry date value.
This patch modifies get_expiry_date to clone the DateTime object that it
receives as a parameter and return the clone, so that references to an
enrollment date object can be passed in safely.
To test:
1. Have or make a patron
2. Duplicate that patron
3. Before saving the new patron, scroll down to Registration Date and
see that it's defaulting to a date in the future.
4. Apply patch and restart_all
5. Try duplicating a patron again
6. Registration Date should correctly set to today

When currency format is set on FR commas are decimals separators
but when cron like fines.pl try to calculate fines it's fails due to
this format.
I changed this behavior by targetted 'fine' and 'overduefinescap' in
circulation_rules.rule_name to unformat them when we save them.
This also fix the display in smart_rules table (before with commas price
was not good displayed - without decimals)
Test Plan :
1) Set your currency format on 'FR' and 'fine' OR/AND 'overduefinescap'
with commas
2) Be sure to have some patron overdues
3) Run ~/misc/cronjobs/fines.pl with args to find overdues
4) See an error like 'isn't numeric in substraction[..] or gt > [...]'

This patch uses the new record_strip_nonxml routine to attempt to display
the record when it contains invalid characters
Rather than silently strippg these, we warn in the logs, then add an 'about'
container to the response. It is displayed nicely in the web view or sent as "INVALID_METADATA" in
the xml response
The 'error' codes for OAI seem to be at the request level, and the offered codes don't have a match
for a bad record. Adding the about when we can recover seems the most generous response
To test:
Test plan, assumes using KTD default data - otherwise you need to find and import a record with encoding issues:
1 - Enable OAI-PMH system preference
2 - Browse to:
http://localhost:8080/cgi-bin/koha/oai.pl?verb=ListRecords&resumptionToken=marcxml/350////0/0/352
3 - 500 error:
Invalid data, cannot decode metadata object (biblio_metadata.id=368, biblionumber=369, format=marcxml, schema=MARC21, decoding_error=':8: parser error : PCDATA invalid Char value 31...
4 - Apply patch, restart all
5 - Reload the page
6 - It loads!
7 - Click 'Metadata' for record 369 - it succeeds!
8 - Check the logs - confirm you see a warning of the record problem
9 - Confirm 369 has an about section
10 - Check the individul 'GetRecord' response as well

This adds a routine that can strip non xml characters form a record.
It is intended for cases where we do not wish to throw an exception,
but rather need to process a record to allow other work to continue

In order to reduce the technical debt carried on the orders controller,
and to highlight the decisions made on the prior patch, I adapted the
list() orders controller using the new tools in town.
The result is this endpoint can now embed bibio, without needing to have
a custom piece of code.

The loop through the `_order_by` query parameter occurences introduced
by this patchset was naive regarding the possible scenarios.
When there's only one parameter passed, it shouldn't be expecting an
arrayref, but a scalar. This patch deals with that in the simplest way.

This patch makes a particular use case be handled correctly: i.e. no
context is passed (e.g. 'biblio' explicitly) and the query is done
against the `biblio_id` attribute. This results in the following DBIC
error:
[ERROR] GET /api/v1/biblios: unhandled exception (DBIx::Class::Exception)<<DBIx::Class::Storage::DBI::_dbh_execute(): DBI Exception: DBD::mysql::st execute failed: Column 'biblionumber' in where clause is ambiguous at /kohadevbox/koha/Koha/Objects.pm line 394>>

This patch makes biblioitem attributes be searchable on the biblios
endpoint. It does so by using the new method in Koha::Biblios, and by
adjusting objects.search(_rs) to accept a $query_fixer arrayref of
functions to be applied to each query or order_by parameters.
The result is cleaner code to write, but complex internals.
