Marcel de Rooy 177ce2f4bd Bug 36081: Check SupportedFormats server side
Test plan:
Add article request with format via OPAC.

Tests in t/db_dependent/Koha/ArticleRequest.t pass. I can add an
article request with a type. If I allow PHOTOCOPY but change the
HTML in the OPAC form so SCAN is submitted I get a nice (but
somewhat generic) error.

Julian Maurice 19c0d6c492 Bug 27249: Prevent infinite loop when searching for an open day
Calendars can be configured in a way that all days are closed.
The simplest way to do that is to configure a repeatable holiday for
every day of the week.
With such calendars, searching for an open day will literally take
forever.

This patch sets a hard limit on how many iterations are allowed before
giving up. This limit is set to the arbitrary value of 5000, which
should be large enough to be able to consider there is no open days if
we haven't found any with that many iterations, and small enough to
allow the loop to end quickly

Test plan:
1. Set system preference 'useDaysMode' to 'Use the calendar to push the
due date to the next open day' ('Datedue'). Make sure the existing
circulation rules do not conflict with that setting.
2. Browse to Tools » Calendar
3. Set every day of the week to "Holiday repeated every same day of the
   week"
4. Issue an item to a patron
5. Check the box and select 'Renew selected items'
6. The renewal should fail pretty quickly

Julian Maurice 320b29cbde Bug 32121: Show an alert when adding a checked out item to an item bundle
When trying to add a checked out item to an item bundle, an alert
message will show up, giving the user a chance to return the item
immediately before adding it to the bundle

Test plan:
1. Create an item bundle (see bug 28854 comment 458)
2. Create a biblio with one item and check out this item.
3. Try to add the checked out item to the bundle
You should see a message saying that the item is checked out. Next to
this message should be a button "Check in and add to bundle".

David Gustafsson 139e6c30d6 Bug 14957: Merge rules system for merging of MARC records
Add a rule based system for merging MARC records to for example
prevent field data from being overwritten.

To test:
    1. Apply this patch.
    2. Log in to staff client.
    3. Enable new syspref MARCMergeRules.
    4. Click the new link "MARC merge rules" in the "Catalog"
section of the Koha administration page.
    5. Create a new rule:
Module: source, Filter: *, Tag: 245, Preset: Protect.
    6. Clicking "Edit" should allow you to edit corresponding rule.
    7. Clicking "Delete" should remove corresponding rule after confirmation.
    8. Selecting one or more rules followed by clicking "Delete
selected" should remove all selected rules after confirmation.
    9. Try creating a rule with tag set to "**", the other options does
not matter. Verify that saving this rule produces an error
message complaining about invalid tag regular expression.
    10. Try creating a rule with tag set to "008" (or other control
field) and set Appended: Append and Removed: Skip, the other
options does not matter. Verify that saving this rule produces
an error message complaining about invalid combination of actions
        for control field.
    11. With the 245 rule in step 5 in place, edit a bibliographic record,
change 245a for example (which should be Title for MARC21) and save.
    12. Verify that the changes has not been saved.
    13. Create a new rule:
Module: source, Filter: intranet, Tag: 245, Preset: Overwrite.
    14. Repeat step 12, and verify that the changes has now been saved.
    15. Run tests in t/db_dependent/Biblio/MarcMergeRules.t and very
        that all tests pass.

Edit: This patchset originally changed the 'categories' table structure
and relied on that for limit calculation. I removed all that code and
squashed into this one, as we moved everything to the circulation_rules
table.

Nick Clemens cc8787bf87 Bug 26312: (follow-up) Fix passing of exception messages
'error' has special meaning in exceptions so naming the fields:
type, details

Rather than only dealing with a single exception type, we generically
get the ES exception info and pass it up.

I could not recreate timeout still, however, I simply restarted the
ES docker during commit stage to cause NoNodes exceptions
