This patch adds the checkpw return value change to the REST API
route for validating user identifiers and password.
Test plan:
0. Apply patch
1. prove t/db_dependent/api/v1/password_validation.t
Bonus points:
1. koha-plack --reload kohadev
2. Enable syspref RESTBasicAuth
3. curl -XPOST -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-u <staff_userid>:<staff_password> \
-d '{"identifier":"<cardnumber>","password":"<password>"}' \
http://localhost:8081/api/v1/auth/password/validation
4. Validation doesn't fail. It gives you cardnumber, patron_id, userid

Currently when a patron with an expired password is authenticated via the API a 500 error is returned rather than a 400 "Validation failed" error. This patch catches the return value for an expired password and returns the validation failure before the patron search is attempted.
Test plan:
1) Choose a patron and set their password expiry date to a date in the past
2) Send a request to auth/password/validation as an authenticated user with that patron's details
3) The response should be a 500 error
4) Apply patch
5) Repeat steps 1-3 and this time the response should be a 400 code with an error message of "Password expired"

This patch makes the password validation response return the following
patron attributes to the API consumer:
* cardnumber
* userid
This will give hints on what was used to validate in the fallback
bahvior the endpoint has.
To test:
1. Apply the unit tests patch
2. Run:
$ ktd --shell
k$ prove t/db_dependent/api/v1/password_validation.t
=> FAIL: The endpoint doesn't return this valuable data
3. Apply this patch
4. Repeat 2
=> SUCESS: Tests pass! We got the cardnumber and the userid!

This patch takes a step forward on the password validation endpoint, by
adding the `identifier` parameter and making it be allowed
to be the patron's `cardnumber` or the `userid`.
The current `userid` only validation option is kept as-is.
The implementation relies on `C4::Auth::checkpw` to query for the
patron.
To test:
1. Apply this patches
2. Run:
$ ktd --shell
k$ prove t/db_dependent/api/v1/password_validation.t
=> SUCCESS: Tests pass!

Talking to the OpenAPI plugin maintainer, he mentioned the use of $c->validation->output should be avoided as the plugin is not designed to have a stable behavior there, and he even thought of just removing the method.
That method returns an internal data structure the plugin uses to validate things, and then updates the request itself.
Take the following example:
GET /patrons/123
x-koha-embed: checkouts,library
without the OpenAPI plugin, requesting the header like this:
$c->req->headers->header('x-koha-embed')
would return a scalar, the string 'checkouts,library'.
When using the plugin, and with `x-koha-embed` being defined as collectionFormat: csv, that header is entirely replaced by an arrayref.
That's how the plugin works and how it is expected to be used. So we need to replace the uses of $c->validation format, with normal Mojo usage to avoid future headaches.
This patch changes:
* $c->validation->param => $c->param
* $c->validation->param('body') => $c->req->json
To test:
1. Run:
$ ktd --shell
k$ prove t/db_dependent/api/v1/*.t
=> SUCCESS: Tests pass!
2. Apply this patches
3. Repeat 1
=> SUCCESS: Tests still pass!
4. Sign off :-D

This patch adds an endpoint for /auth/password/validation
This allows a third-party, using an authenticated and authorized Koha
API user, to check if the username and password given by a user is
correct in Koha.
For example, a Keycloak extension can be created using its
User Storage SPI to use Koha as the user database for Keycloak. This
API allows us to authenticate the user as a particular Koha user - without
creating a Koha user session for them.
Test plan:
0. Apply patch and koha-plack --restart kohadev
1. Go to http://localhost:8081/cgi-bin/koha/admin/preferences.pl?op=search&searchfield=RESTBasicAuth
2. Enable "RESTBasicAuth"
3. Run the following commands while substituting correct values for <koha_user> and <koha_password>
3. curl -XPOST -H "Content-Type: application/json" -u <koha_user>:<koha_password> http://localhost:8081/api/v1/auth/password/validation -d '{ "username": "<koha_username">, "password": "<koha_password>" }' -v
4. Note "204 No Content" response
5. curl -XPOST -H "Content-Type: application/json" -u <koha_user>:<koha_password> http://localhost:8081/api/v1/auth/password/validation -d '{ "username": "<koha_username">, "password": "this is definitely not the password" }' -v
6. Note "400 Bad Request" response and error message {"error":"Validation failed"}
