Adding few tests to Koha/Object.t in order to highlight what we are
trying to fix.
Note that Koha::ItemType->store was wrong for notforloan, the default
value should be null
`notforloan` smallint(6) DEFAULT NULL,
but the previous fix (bug 21599) made it default to '0'

Nick proposed another fix, see bug 21594.
The interface does not explode so I do not think we should make a DB
update in a rush.
Fix t/db_dependent/Koha/Object.t and t/db_dependent/Koha/ApiKeys.t
api_keys.description and api_keys.secret:
`secret` varchar(191) COLLATE utf8mb4_unicode_ci NOT NULL,
`description` varchar(255) COLLATE utf8mb4_unicode_ci NOT NULL,
# Failed test 'Exception is thrown correctly'
# at t/db_dependent/Koha/Object.t line 262.
# expecting: Koha::Exceptions::Object::FKConstraint
# found: DBIx::Class::Exception (DBIx::Class::Storage::DBI::_dbh_execute(): Field 'description' doesn't have a default value at /home/vagrant/kohaclone/Koha/Object.pm line 125
# )
# Looks like you planned 7 tests but ran 1.
# Looks like you failed 1 test of 1 run.
and later, but not related:
Can't locate object method "message" via package
"DBIx::Class::Exception" at t/db_dependent/Koha/Object.t line 264.

Basically the idea is:
1. Undefined subroutine &C4::Items::ModZebra called at /home/vagrant/kohaclone/C4/Items.pm line 302.
=> Then use C4::Items before C4::Biblio
2. Undefined subroutine &C4::Circulation::GetItem called at /home/vagrant/kohaclone/C4/Circulation.pm line 1290
=> Then use C4::Circulation before C4::Items
And sometimes these 2 rules do not work...

We initially use Koha::Patron to test Object.t, but now it overwrites
->store and so it is better to use a more simple object.
ApiKey has foreign keys and unique key.
We lost one test: there is only one unique key whereas we had 2 on
borrowers (I did not find a better option)

gets broken for this, it means it was making the wrong assumptions on
the data.

Moving the status to the invalid 'processing' might well have unwanted
side-effects. (The status column will be set to empty string and we have
a problem if it is not processed.)
This patch allows pass-through of DBIX's make_column_dirty in
Koha::Object (simple tests included) and uses it to force an update.
If the update does not return true, it still exits.
Test plan:
[1] Read the changes.

Which might be pretty smart.

needed.

Since Koha::Objects has a update method, we should allow it too in
Koha::Object. Note that it is just redirecting to DBIx immediately.
Changed the exception when the method generates an error. The previous
code suggested that the method was not found, but this is not the case.

This patch makes the tests create its own data instead of searching the
DB for a branchcode and a categorycode. It does so on each subtest,
because there shouldn't be side effects between subtests.
I also wrapped each subtest inside a transaction, for the same reason.
