Kyle M Hall 5fc1c11198 Bug 7677 [QA Followup] - Replace GetItemnumberFromSerialId with use of Koha::Serial::Item(s) 
GetItemnumberFromSerialId has no unit tests. It would be better to start
using our object system here.
