Koha::Patron::Message->store has this
my $userenv = C4::Context->userenv;
$self->manager_id( $userenv ? $userenv->{number} : undef);
This breaks in REST API when userenv is not set.
Let API user pass manager_id without relying on C4::Context->userenv.
To test:
1. prove t/db_dependent/Koha/Patron/Messages.t
2. Observe success

Test plan:
1) Apply the patch
2) Update DB structure
3) Run update_dbix_class_files.pl
4) Select patron for checking out
5) Try to add some circulation and opac messages
6) Note that now there is creator (you ;) ) shown by every message added (with link to creator profile)
7) Try to delete messages to confirm that everything works as expected

If the pref BorrowersLog is on, the store and delete method should log
into the action_logs table.
Easy to do by overloading them.

The following 4 CRUD subroutines in C4::Members:
- AddMessage
- DeleteMessage
- GetMessagesCount
- GetMessages
could be replaced with a new package based on Koha::Objets.
This patchset will add the 2 Koha::Patron::Message[s] classes, then use
it to replace the different calls to these subroutine.
It will slightly reduce the size of C4::Members
