Julian Maurice ed7543287b Bug 20538: Remove the need of writing [% KOHA_VERSION %] everywhere
Having to write [% KOHA_VERSION %] for each url is bad because:
- It's easily forgettable when adding new <script> or <link>
- It prevents grep'ing for the full filename
- It violates the DRY principle
- If at some point we want to change the "force js and css reload"
  mechanism, it will be tedious

This patch:
- adds a Template::Toolkit plugin that generates <script> and
<link> tags for JS and CSS files, and inserts automatically the Koha
  version in the filename
- use the new plugin to remove all occurences of [% KOHA_VERSION %]
- remove the code that was adding KOHA_VERSION as a template variable

Test plan:
1. Apply patch
2. Go to several different pages in Koha (opac and intranet) while
checking your browser's dev tools (there should be no 404 for JS and
CSS files, and the Koha version should appear in filenames) and the
server logs (there should be no "File not found")
3. `git grep KOHA_VERSION` should return nothing
4. prove t/db_dependent/Koha/Template/Plugin/Asset.t

Kyle M Hall e8fbe51ff3 Bug 20181: Allow plugins to add css and javascript to OPAC
A number of Koha plugins have been written that enhance Koha's public catalog. These plugins often make due to adding css and javascript to the various opac system preferences. It would be nice if the plugin system had hooks so plugin developers could add code the the head block and the area where we include javascript in the opac template.

Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Download and install the Kitchen Sink plugin ( v2.1.12 or later )
   https://github.com/bywatersolutions/koha-plugin-kitchen-sink/releases/download/v2.1.12/koha-plugin-kitchen-sink-v2.1.12.kpz
3) Install the plugin
4) Restart all the things if you can ( restart_all if you are using kohadevbox )
This will ensure the plugin takes effect right away, it should be
necessary but it won't hurt anything!
5) Load the opac, notice you get an alert message and the background
for your opac is now orange ( assuming you've not customized the
   opac in any way )

Jonathan Druart b1f2c84e50 Bug 19578: Remove MARC punctuation in notices (TT syntax)
Jenkins fails (run 287) on a test in t/db_dependent/Letters/TemplateToolkit.t:

With the historical syntax:
        # Your request for an article from tQYRS (c3Av58O0P5xkkIGu) has been canceled for the following reason:

With the TT syntax:
        # Your request for an article from tQYRS_ (c3Av58O0P5xkkIGu) has been canceled for the following reason:

The last character of the biblio's title has been removed because it's a punctuation character.
It comes from: C4::Letters::_parseletter
 893         $val =~ s/\p{P}$// if $val && $table=~/biblio/;

The same replacement is done for patron's attributes too.

Test plan:
- Confirm that the new tests pass. That should be enough to confirm this change make sense.

Test plan (manual):
- Create a biblio with a title ending with a punctuation (like "with_punctuation_"), or any other fields of biblio/biblioitem
- Generate a notice which will display this field (CHECKIN for instance)

Use the historical syntax and the TT syntax, both should display the title without the punctuation character at the end

CHECKIN historical:
The following items have been checked in:
----
<<biblio.title>>
----

CHECKIN TT syntax:
The following items have been checked in:
----
[% biblio.title %]
----

Kyle M Hall 9cd9240c36 Bug 19655: Make To.json escape doesn't escape newlines to create valid JSON
JSON does not allow real line-breaks. If a field contains them and they are not escaped, a JSON parser will be unable to convert the stringified JSON back into an object.

This is clearly exemplified by the guarantor search, where a multi-line note on the guarantor's record will break the ability to select that guarantor.

Test Plan:
1) Create Patron A with a "Circulation note" that has multiple lines in it
2) Create Patron B
3) Attempt to set Patron A to be the guarantor for Patron B
4) Note selecting the patron does nothing
5) Apply this patch
6) Repeat step 3
7) Selecting the guarantor now works!

Marcel de Rooy ca0bde1e7e Bug 17843: [QA Follow-up] Some polishing
Resolve warning from members/summary-print.pl:
"my" variable $itemtype masks earlier declaration in same scope

Test if find returns a Koha object in GetDescription.
Test if find returns a Koha object too in shelves.pl. While testing, I had
a crash on a biblioitem with itemtype NULL (bad record, but these things
tend to happen somehow.)
Can't call method "imageurl" on an undefined value at virtualshelves/shelves.pl line 253.
Same for opac/opac-shelves.pl.

Note: Did not add tests everywhere but generally, I have the impression that
we do not sufficiently test on the results of Koha::Object->find. Mostly we
just assume that it will find a record. Several reports include fixes to
resolve that wrong assumption.

Jonathan Druart 091d6c513b Bug 17843: Replace C4::Koha::getitemtypeinfo with Koha::ItemTypes
The C4::Koha::getitemtypeinfo subroutine did the almost same job as
GetItemTypes. On top of that it returned the imageurl value processed by
C4::Koha::getitemtypeimagelocation.
This value is only used from the 2 [opac-]shelves.pl scripts. Then it's
better not retrieve it only when we need it.

Test plan:
Play with the different scripts touched by this patch and focus on item
types. The same description as prior to this patch must be displayed.
Note that sometimes it is not the translated description which is
displayed, but that should be fixed on another bug report. Indeed we do
not expect this patch to change any behaviors.

HTML tags inside template toolkit directives are not allowed because of translation issues.
Add a filter that handles HTML tags.

Note you need to write quotes ' around the text you want displayed as a
heading

To test:
- Apply patch
- Add [% USE HtmlTags %] to the top of a tt file
- Add something like [% 'My nice title' | $HtmlTags tag="h1" %] to the tt file
- Verify that in output 'My nice title' has h1 tags
- Change template directive to something like
  [% 'My nice title' | $HtmlTags tag="h1" attributes='title="This is a nice title attribute"' %]
- Verify that title attribute displays in output (source code or tooltip on 'My nice title')

Jonathan Druart 7dad38e88f Bug 17847: Replace C4::Koha::GetAuthvalueDropbox with Koha::AuthorisedValues
The C4::Koha::GetAuthvalueDropbox subroutine does the same job as
Koha::AuthorisedValues->search
We should then replace the different calls to this subroutine to finally
remove it.
There were 2 calls to this subroutine:
- from the AuthorisedValues TT plugin (called from av-build-dropbox.inc
and members/housebound.tt)
- from the acqui/ajax-getauthvaluedropbox.pl ajax script

To make sure that this patchset does not introduce regressions, we will have
to test that the TT plugin and the ajax script still behave as before.

Test plan:
1/ Test acqui/ajax-getauthvaluedropbox.pl
- Link a fund to an authorised value category
- Create a new order
=> When you select a fund linked to AV category, the sort1 (and/or
sort2, depending on what you set) should be replaced with a dropdown
list populated with the authorised values
2/ Test av-build-dropbox.inc
- Create some authorised values for Bsort1
- Edit a patron
=> The sort1 should be a dropdown list populated with the Bsort1 AV
3/ Test members/housebound.tt
- Enable the housebound module (pref HouseboundModule)
- On the patron detail page, click on the "Housebound" tab
=> The frequency dropdown list should be populated with the different
HSBND_FREQ AV

Jonathan Druart e6e09c540f Bug 15803: Koha::AuthorisedValues - Remove C4::Koha::GetAuthorisedValueCategories
The subroutine C4::Koha::GetAuthorisedValueCategories just retrieves all
the authorised value categories.
We already have a method in the Koha::AuthorisedValues module to do this
job, let's use it!

Technical explanations:
The new subroutine of the AuthorisedValues TT plugin will allow to get
the authorised value categories from the templates.
The new html_helpers include file will get rid of the if selected else
end statements. Bug 15758 already uses this file, see the commit
description for more informations.

Test plan:
1/ Create or edit a new fund (aqbudgets.pl), the fields "statistic 1"
and "statistic 2" should be correctly filled with the list of authorised
value categories
2/ Edit subfields for a biblio and authority framework.
The "Authorized value" dropdown list should be correctly filled on both
pages
3/ Create new items search fields (from the administration area), same
as previously, the authorised value category dropdown list should be
correctly filled
4/ Add and edit patron attribute types, check the authorised value
category list.

(admin/item_circulation_alerts.pl), modify the settings for check-in
and checkout (NOTE: Should not we display all patron categories on
this page? If yes, it must be done in another bug report to ease
  backporting it).
- Search for patrons in the admin (budget) and acquisition (order) module.
- On the patron home page (search form in the header)

Tomas Cohen Arazi 38c461f258 Bug 15023: Allow patron anonymize/bulk delete tool to be limited by branch
This patch makes the bulk patron delete/anonymize functionality be limited
by branch. It does so by adding a branch selection dropdown and using the
already defined APIs for filtering by branch.

It makes use of C4::Branches::onlymine for the IndependentBranches use case
and it adds a way to call it from the Branches template plugin.

To test:
- Apply the patch
1) Have a superlibrarian user
- Go to Tools > Batch patron deletion/anonymization
=> SUCCESS: Verify you can pick a branch (or all of them)
- Try doing some operations
=> SUCCESS: Verify the selection is respected, and carried around all steps
2) Have a user with tools/delete_anonymize_patrons permissions
- Set IndependentBranches on
- Go to Tools > Batch patron deletion/anonymization
=> SUCCESS: It picks the librarian's branch and doesn't let us choose another one
- Try doing some operations
=> SUCCESS: Verify the user's branch is respected, and carried around all steps
- Sign off :-D

Jonathan Druart e1e38896bb Bug 16849: Move IsDebarred to Koha::Patron->is_debarred
In order to move IsMemberBlocked to Koha::Patron it makes sense to move
the code from Koha::Patron::Debarments::IsDebarred to
Koha::Patron->is_debarred.

Test plan:
1/ Add a restriction to a patron
2/ make sure he is not able to checkout items any more
3/ Make sure he cannot get a discharge
4/ Put a hold and make sure you get "Patron has restrictions"

Jonathan Druart b64e6be1c4 Bug 16157: Move the selected flag from GetAuthorisedValues to the templates
From C4::Koha::GetAuthorisedValues

    # TODO: the "selected" feature should be replaced by a utility function
    # somewhere else, it doesn't belong in here. For starters it makes
    # caching much more complicated. Or just let the UI logic handle it, it's
    # what it's for.

Indeed, it's not a job for a subroutine, the template should take care of that.
Note that a perf gain could be won with this patch \o/

Test plan:
- Edit an itemtype and check the value of the "Search category" dropdown list
- Edit a patron attribute type and check the value of the "Class" dropdown list
- Detail for a catalogue record, the Status column should be correctly
populated if items are damaged and/or lost
- Item details for a catalogue record, the lost, damaged and withdrawn
  value should be correctly displayed
- Edit a patron, the "street type" should be correctly selected
- Create a patron attribute type linked to an authorised value list.
- Edit a patron, set a value for this attribute, edit it again. The
  correct value should be selected.
- Search for subscriptions. The 'Location' dropdown list should behave
correctly (select the entry you have choosen before, etc.)
- Edit a subscription, the location dropdown list should select the
  correct value.
- Edit and view a suggestion with a 'reason for suggestion' set (you
should have at least 1 OPAC_SUG AV defined)

Followed test plan, works as expected

Jonathan Druart 3691bd8419 Bug 15548: Move new patron related code to Patron*
The 'borrower' should not be used anymore, especially for new code.
This patch move files and rename variables newly pushed (i.e. in the Koha
namespace).

Test plan:
1/

should not return code in use.

2/
Prove the different modified test files

3/ Do some clicks in the member^Wpatron module to be sure there is not
an obvious error.

Marc Véron 560bc790db Bug 15135: Remove Warning Subroutine HasOverdues redefined
In staff client, while displying patron related pages (e.g. moremember.pl) you get a warning like:
moremember.pl: Subroutine HasOverdues redefined at /usr/share/kohaclone/Koha/Template/Plugin/Borrowers.pm line 52.
This occurs with all pages that have [% USE Borrowers %] in their templates (directly or via members-toolbar.inc)
