This commit is generated using:
% perl misc/devel/tidy.pl
*within* ktd, to get the same version of perltidy than what will be used
by our CI (currently v20230309).

We noticed that several characters will break Zebra queries. So search
terms need to be quoted for things to work. In this context, double
quotes inside search terms are problematic because double quotes are
what we use for quoting strings.
This patch makes the clean_search_term method escape double quotes.
To test:
1. Apply the unit tests patch
2. Run:
$ kshell
k$ prove t/Koha/SearchEngine/Zebra/QueryBuilder.t
=> FAIL: It doesn't work as it should!
3. Apply this patch
4. Repeat 2
=> SUCCESS: It does the job!

Test plan:
- Create a biblio with title like "osteuropa:" or "osteuropa!"
- Go the this biblio detail pages (cgi-bin/koha/catalogue/detail.pl)
=> Error
- Apply bug 28316 and this one
- test again

This patch adds unit tests for the introduced changes in
build_query_compat.
It removes a warning too.

OPAC: Both SearchEngine "Elasticsearch" and "Zebra" should work with
OpacSuppression set to "yes"

I dug into this a little bit, it seems the issue is that we were double
processing the query because of an extra call to
C4::AuthoritiesMarc::SearchAuthorities
I think we can simply remove this call
To test:
1 - Perform an authority search for a value that returns results
2 - Wrap it in quotes and search
3 - 'Internal server error'
4 - Apply patch
5 - Search with quotes succeeds

Probably a leftover from the original SolR code, there are unused references to Moose in the new Elasticsearch code.
To test:
- Run:
$ git grep Moose
=> FAIL: There are unneeded references to Moose:
Koha/SearchEngine/Zebra/QueryBuilder.pm:use Moose::Role;
Koha/SearchEngine/Zebra/Search.pm:#use Moose::Role;
- Apply the patch
- Run:
$ git grep Moose
=> SUCCESS: No references to Moose
- Run:
$ prove t/Search* t/db_dependent/Search*
=> SUCCESS: Tests pass
- Sign off

Since nobody is currently working on the zebra layer introduced by bug
8233, Solr won't never work.
Some code has been introduced in 3.10 to prove several search engines
can cohabit into Koha but no help/fund has been found to go ahead.
It is useless to keep this code and to maintain an ambiguous situation.
I think the indexes configuration page could be restore later if someone
else introduces a new search engine into Koha.
Test plan:
Look at the code introduced by bug 8233 and verify all is removed.
