Test plan:
Run t/db_dependent/Koha/Biblio/Metadata/Extractor/MARC.t
Verify that addbiblio.pl still opens as expected when modifying an
existing record or adding a new record.

Development wise it is much simpler to do this check in perl when
opening the editor than getting this logic into the template with
javascript. Furthermore, older data may be corrupted, but we trust
the current plugins to not insert such fields anymore.
Test plan:
Run t/db_dependent/Koha/Biblio/Metadata/Extractor/MARC/MARC21.t
Open an existing record in the basic editor. Shorten 008 without plugin.
Save and open the record again. Do you get the alert?

We had a local method for getting opac_suppressed in Koha::Biblio which
relied on extracting from the MARC record. Now that we have an
opac_suppressed field in the Biblio table, we no longer need this
wrapper method.

This patch adds an extractor method for the historically hardcoded field
942$n. This way we have a single place in which we code the extraction
and sanitization of its value.
To test:
1. Apply this patch
2. Run:
$ ktd --shell
k$ prove t/db_dependent/Koha/Biblio/Metadata/Extractor/MARC.t
=> SUCCESS: Tests pass! All use cases are covered!

Test plan:
Run the following commands:
perl -c Koha/Biblio/Metadata/Extractor/MARC/MARC21.pm
perl -c Koha/Biblio/Metadata/Extractor/MARC/UNIMARC.pm
They should all print 'syntax OK'

and inherit from it
The new usage is now:
1. With a Koha::Biblio object
my $extractor = Koha::Biblio::Metadata::Extractor->new({biblio => $biblio});
$extractor->get_normalized_upc;
or
2. With a MARC::Record
my $extractor = Koha::Biblio::Metadata::Extractor->new({metadata=> $biblio->metadata->record});
$extractor->get_normalized_upc;
Note that there are "Inconsistent hierarchy during C3 merge of class"
warnings raised by the QA script. We could remove them by replacing the
'use' by 'require' in Koha::Biblio::Metadata::Extractor::MARC (in ->new)
but that's suboptimal.

We are not directly linked with the other Koha::Metadata* packages.
Better to isolate this under Koha::Biblio::Metadata (at least for now).
