Public lists with 'Allow changes to contents from' = 'Permitted staff only'
can have their contents managed by Koha patrons with either of the
permissions below:
- superlibrarian permission
- catalogue permission + 'edit_public_list_contents' sub-permission
Test plan:
1. Apply patches, update database, restart services
2. In the staff client go to: Lists > New List
3. Create a list, choose 'Allow changes to contents from' => 'Permitted
staff only'
4. Log into the OPAC as a patron with no permissions.

OPAC biblio detail pages
6. Log into the OPAC as a patron with only the 'catalogue' permissions
enabled
7. Confirm you CANNOT add a biblio to the list from OPAC search result
or biblio detail pages
8. Log into the OPAC as a patron with the 'catalogue' and

This patch makes the `get_savings` method use a single query to
calculate the sum of the replacement prices. This way we save one query
per item and just rely on the DB features.
It has a side effect: we are not summing items twice.
Added tests for the 'itenumber is null' pathological but common use
case (specially in old_issues), as mentioned by Lucas. Handling for this
is added (grep filtering out undefined ones) and also in the return, for
the empty case, with // 0.

This new feature shows a patron how much they have saved by using the
library rather than purchasing items. Savings are calculated based on
item replacement prices. The system preference allows you to choose
where to display the savings - the user page, the summary box on the
OPAC homepage, or the checkout history page.
To test:
1. Update database and restart services
2. Confirm the new OPACShowSavings system preference is found in the
OPAC tab of Administration -> global system preferences. There should be
no options selected.
3. Find a patron with a checkout history, or check out a few items to a
patron.
4. Test with different values of OPACShowSavings and confirm that
savings are shown in the expected places.

This patch aims to tidy things a bit by doing the following changes:
* Koha::Virtualshelf gets the 'transfer_ownership' method
* Koha::Virtualshelves gets the 'disown_or_delete' method
* Koha::Patron->delete gets rewritten/simplified by using
disown_or_delete
The idea is to capture the current behavior in more fine grained
methods. So current tests should be passing as they do now.

Instead of get_lists, I added ->virtualshelves.
I removed the addition of the suffix to the shelf name here; if we
really want that (doubts), we should do it pref based. Removing a
staff member with public lists would result in weird names with
shelf numbers on the OPAC. (Should be very easy to restore.)
Used this opportunity to refactor the patron->delete subtest a bit:
switching to build_object, removing the 'retrieved patrons',
differentiating between staff patron and patron for sharing,
adding a few tests.
Test plan:
Enable transfer ownership. Delete a patron with lists in interface.
Check what happened.

This patch adds a syspref 'ListOwnershipUponPatronDeletion' which
decides if all the owner's lists (public and private) are deleted
when the owner is deleted, or if the ownership of their public and
shared lists are transfered to the user who deleted the owner (private
lists that are not shared are always deleted).
To test:
1) Apply patch and update database
2) Set the ListOwnershipUponPatronDeletion syspref to 'Transfer...'
3) Set up a superlibrarian user
4) Log in as this superlibrarian user and set up three lists, a public
list (maybe named 'public'), and two private lists (named 'private' and
'shared')
5) Log in as this user to the opac (if you haven't already) and share
the 'shared' list with someone
6) View the virtualshelves table in mysql to see the three lists you
just created under your new user
7) Also view the virtualshelfshares table in mysql to see the 'shared'
list
8) Log into the staff client with your regular user (a different user to
the one you just created)
9) Search for the user you just created and delete them
10) Go to your lists
11) You should see the 'shared' list under your private lists, and their
'public' list under your public lists, both with you as the owner
12) if you view both the virtualshelves table and the virtualshelfshares
table in mysql again, youll see you are now the owner and the 'private'
list will no longer exist.
13) Set the ListOwnershipUponPatronDeletion syspref back to 'Delete...'
14) Repeat steps 3 - 10 again (it may help to delete the 'shared' and
'public' lists before you re-create them)
15) You should not see any of the lists you just made under private or
public lists this time. To confirm, check the virtualshelves table in
mysql and make sure that all three lists have been deleted.

This patch adds the ability to define password_expiry_days for a patron
category.
When defined a patron's password will expire after X days and they will
be required to reset their password. If OPAC resets are enabled for the
catgeory they may do so on their own, otherwise they will need to
contact the library
To test:
1 - Apply patch, updatedatabase
2 - Set 'Password expiration' for a patron category

3 - Create a new patron in this category with a userid/password set,
and an email
4 - Confirm their password_expiration_date field is set
SELECT password_expiration_date FROM borrowers WHERE borrowernumber=51;
5 - Create a new patron, do not set a password

7 - Update the patron with an expiration to be expired
UPDATE borrowers SET password_expiration_date='2022-01-01' WHERE borrowernumber=51;
8 - Give the borrower catalogue permission
9 - Attempt to log in to Straff interface
10 - Confirm you are signed out and notified that password must be
reset
11 - Attempt to sign in to OPAC
12 - Confirm you are signed out and notified password must be reset
13 - Enable password reset for the patron's category and perform a
password reset
Note: you will have to find the link in the message_queue unless
you have emails setup on your test environment
SELECT * FROM message_queue WHERE borrowernumber=51;
14 - Confirm that you can now sign in and password_expiration_date field
is set 10 days in the future

following settings:
- 'Category'='Private',
- 'Allow changes to contents from'='Staff only'
Notice a red hint message is displayed.
Change 'Category'='Public' and notice the hint is removed
12. Log into the OPAC as User C. Notice the 'Staff only' option is not
available when creating a list
13. Log into the OPAC as User B. Repeat step 11. Confirm the same
outcome
14. Log into the staff client as User A. Create a list with the
following settings:

Suggestion is to keep the non-repeatable patron's attribute from the patron we selected instead of raising a blocking error.
A side-effect will be that when several patrons are merged, the
non-repeatable attribute from the first one will be kept, which can
result in unexpected result if the original patron does not have the
attribute defined.

Some libraries want to be able to use a patron's messaging preferences to conditionally change the contents of a notice depending on the patron's other messaging preference. For example, a library has requested to have the note on the hold slip if the patron has requested phone messages for waiting holds. This really only entails adding a method to the Koha::Patron class to allow this type of looking.
Test plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Enable item checkout notices for a patron for email, but not sms
3) Include the following in the notice:
TEST1: [% borrower.has_messaging_preference({ message_name => 'Item_Checkout', message_transport_type => 'email' }) %]
<br/>
TEST2: [% borrower.has_messaging_preference({ message_name => 'Item_Checkout', message_transport_type => 'sms' }) %]
4) Generate a checkout and notice for that patron
5) Note the generated notice has a 1 for TEST1, but not for TEST2

When system preference is off, call no code related to Koha::Recalls.
Also add some missing module import.

This patch makes the different ->recalls accessors implemented on this
bug be more standard. This means:
- They don't do special things like default sorting or stripping out
special parameters. That's all left to the caller and the methods are
clean: they just return the related objects
- Useful filtering methods for Koha::Recalls resultsets are added. The
only used one (in the end) was ->filter_by_current. It seems like a
better approach, because it gives devs more control on how they want
to chain things, and there's a single place in which to maintain the
criteria of what is 'current' or 'finished'. This clearly makes the
'old' column obsolete IMHO, at least in the use cases I found. This is
covered by tests as well.
