This patch replaces all calls to C4::Stats::UpdateStats with the wrapped
function from the Koha namespace. As this is the last function in C4::Stats, the
module is also deleted.
Several tests depended on transitive includes to Koha::Statistics through
C4::Stats. I've identified uses of that module by searching, and added the
necessary use in each case. I've run `prove -r t xt` with this patch applied and
didn't hit any relevant errors.
Test plan:
1. Inspect the patch, and verify each changed call maintains the same parameters.
2. Apply patch.
3. Prove the following files:

This enhancement ensures the due date stored in items.onloan is changed when a recall causes a checkout due date to change.
To test:
1. Enable UseRecalls syspref and set corresponding circulation rules:
- Recalls allowed
- Recalls per record
- On shelf recalls allowed - set to "If any unavailable"
- Recall due date interval - set to 1
- Recall pickup period
2. Check out an item to a patron (Patron A)
2a. Make sure this patron has a primary email address set
2b. Check the patron's messaging preferences - make sure this patron has the 'Email' checkbox checked for the 'Return recalled item' notice
3. Go to Tools -> Notices & slips and find the RETURN_RECALLED_ITEM notice. In the Email notice, change "[% checkout.date_due | $KohaDates %]" to "[% item.onloan | $KohaDates %]" and Save.
4. Log into the OPAC as another patron
5. Search for the item checked out in step 2, and place a recall on that item
6. Search for that item in the staff interface
=> Note that the item status says, "Checked out to <patron>: due <tomorrow>"
7. Create the following SQL report in the reports module, using the barcode of the item that was recalled:
SELECT onloan FROM items WHERE barcode='xxxxxxxxx'
8. Run the report
=> The onloan value is still set to the item's original due date, not the updated due date of tomorrow
9. Go to Patron A's account again and view their Notices tab. Click on the 'Notification to return a recalled item'
=> The original due date is used in the notice.
10. Apply the patch and restart services
11. Reset to run the tests again:
- Check in the item, but do not confirm the recall in the pop-up
- Go to the biblio detail page and cancel the recall
12. Repeat steps 2 to 5.
13. Run your report again (step 8)
=> The onloan value should now show the updated due date of tomorrow
14. View Patron A's latest 'Notification to return a recalled item' notice (step 9)
=> The updated due date should be used in the notice.
15. Confirm tests pass

If an item is due sooner than the recall due date interval then placing
a recall on it can inadvertently extend the book's due date, possibly
causing the recalling patron to receive the item later than they would
otherwise.
Test plan:
=========
1. Turn on recalls with UseRecalls.
2. In circulation rules, set the recall due date interval to 7 days
or any other arbitrary period.
3. Check out an item to one patron & set the due date to be before the
recall due date interval will have elapsed (e.g. the next day)
4. As a second patron, place a recall on the item in question.
5. See that the item's due date is extended to the current date plus
the recalls due date interval.
6. Apply the patch, restart_all;
7. Repeat steps 3. and 4. See that the due date has not been extended.
BTW, the calculation of $due_interval has been changed, because with
the current code and empty 'Recall due date interval' $due_interval
is undefined, despite the intention of the author of the code.
(after calling get_effective_rule $recall_due_date_interval is defined, but
$recall_due_date_interval->rule_value is undefined; the patron gets
a message: '... return the item within days, by ...' - no days count).

This patch adds recalls notices (pick up a waiting recall or return a
requested recall) to the messaging preferences.
To test:
1) Apply Bug 19532
2) Apply this bug
3) Update database, restart services
4) Ensure UseRecalls syspref is enabled and values have been set in the
circulation rules for recalls
5) Go to a borrower (Person A) account page in the Intranet or the OPAC
6) Go to messaging preferences
7) Notice there are now preferences for two recalls notices
8) Select email as a preference
9) Find a different borrower (Person B) and set their messaging
preferences to SMS
10) Check out any item to Person B
11) Go to the OPAC logged in as Person A and find that item
12) Recall the item
13) In the terminal, look at the message_queue in the database. There
should be a 'RETURN_RECALLED_ITEM' recall notice sent to Person B via SMS
14) Go back to the Intranet and check in the item. Confirm the recall
when checking in
15) Look at the message_queue in the database again. There should be a
'PICKUP_RECALLED_ITEM' recall notice sent to Person A via email.
16) Confirm tests pass

The current recalls behaviour adjusts the due date of the most appropriate checkout based on the 'recall due date interval' circulation rule. It also adjusts the due time, which is buggy behaviour. The due date should be adjusted based on the circulation rule, but the due time should remain the same.
To test:
1. Enable the UseRecalls system preference and configure recalls-related circulation and fines rules
2. Check out Item A to Patron A
3. Log into the database and check the due date for that checked out item, e.g.
SELECT date_due FROM issues WHERE itemnumber = XXXX;
--> It should be YYYY-MM-DD 23:59:00
4. Log into the OPAC as Patron B and place a recall on Item A. This will force a change to the recall's due date. Check the due date in the database
SELECT date_due FROM issues WHERE itemnumber = XXXX;
--> It should be today + the number of days in your recall due date interval circulation rule, at the exact time you placed the recall. This is buggy behaviour.
5. Apply the patch and restart services
6. Check in Item A, do NOT fulfill the recall
7. Cancel the recall
8. Check out Item A to Patron A
9. Log into the database and check the due date for that checked out item, e.g.
SELECT date_due FROM issues WHERE itemnumber = XXXX;
--> It should be YYYY-MM-DD 23:59:00
10. Log into the OPAC as Patron B and place a recall on Item A. This will force a change to the recall's due date. Check the due date in the database
SELECT date_due FROM issues WHERE itemnumber = XXXX;
--> It should be today + the number of days in your recall due date interval circulation rule, with time of 23:59:00.
11. Check in Item A, do NOT fulfill the recall
12. Cancel the recall
13. Check out Item A to Patron A. Specify a due date and change the due time so it isn't 23:59.
14. Log into the OPAC as Patron B and place a recall on Item A. This will force a change to the recall's due date. Check the due date in the database
SELECT date_due FROM issues WHERE itemnumber = XXXX;
--> It should be today + the number of days in your recall due date interval circulation rule, with time you set in Step 13.

This error occurs due to how UpdateStats is called in Koha/Recalls.pm
To test:
1) Enable the UseRecalls system preference and set some random values in
the recalls circulation and fines rules.
2) Find or create an item. Check this item out to Patron A.
3) Log in to the OPAC as Patron B.
4) Find the item you checked out to Patron A. Click the button to place
a recall.
5) Fill out whatever details you like. Click the Submit button. This
should trigger the error.
6) Apply the patch and refresh the page.
7) Confirm the recall has now been requested successfully.

This patch makes the different ->recalls accessors implemented on this
bug be more standard. This means:
- They don't do special things like default sorting or stripping out
special parameters. That's all left to the caller and the methods are
clean: they just return the related objects
- Useful filtering methods for Koha::Recalls resultsets are added. The
only used one (in the end) was ->filter_by_current. It seems like a
better approach, because it gives devs more control on how they want
to chain things, and there's a single place in which to maintain the
criteria of what is 'current' or 'finished'. This clearly makes the
'old' column obsolete IMHO, at least in the use cases I found. This is
covered by tests as well.

This patch makes the status attribute an ENUM, setting the default value
as 'requested' as well. The chosen names are easier to read than single
letters. Also, renamed F into fulfilled (this impacts methods names as
well). This is because 'finished' or 'completed' is more a synonym for
old => 1...
