Mark Tompsett 5e63a38381 Bug 17664: Silence non-zebra warnings in t/db_dependent/Search.t
TEST PLAN
---------
0) back up database
1) drop database; create database
2) run web installer
3) prove t/db_dependent/Search.t
   -- the spammy warnings (other than zebra index warnings) may
      already be fixed, but the mocked value was not realistic.
4) apply patch
5) prove t/db_dependent/Search.t
   -- notice only zebra index warnings.
6) run qa test tools

Tomas Cohen Arazi 27eccf4122 Bug 12647: PQF QueryParser driver and unit tests fixes
Due to Perl 5.18, QueryParser the default search class is no longer
'keyword' (see bug 12738), and needs to be set manually. This patch
adds a line that does that. The problem that gets fixed is with test
'super simple keyword query'.

The rest of the non-deterministically failing tests are due to the same
problem, keys returning differently sorted keys from hashes.

So this patch sorts keys in the step that concatenates attributes when building
the PQF queries (and tests get adjusted to match the now deterministic result).

I did that (sorting there) under Jared's recommendation. Hopefuly he will step
in and comment/fix any mistake I made. My main concern was a possible loss
in performance. That we agreed it is almost void, because of the tiny size
of the hash.

Galen Charlton dd36a1ffa1 Bug 11137: fix certain types of searches run using QueryParser
QueryParser was loading redundant search aliases, which in turn resulted
in certain queries involving two or more clauses joined by a Boolean
operator getting parsed in correctly.

To test:

[1] Enable QueryParser.
[2] Arrange your database so that some some bib records contain
    the keyword 'history' while a smaller subset contain
    both 'history' and 'earth'. (The exact words used don't
    matter.)
[3] Run the following search from the OPAC global search bar:

    kw:history && kw:earth

[4] Observe that the records that are returned include *all* bibs
    in the database with the keyword 'history'. In other words, the
    restriction that the records must also contain 'earth' is not
    observed.
[5] Apply the patch and rerun the search.
[6] This time, the results that are returned should include only those
    that contain both 'history' and 'earth'.
[7] Verify that prove -v t/QueryParser.t passes.

Passes test plans, all tests and QA script.
Also checked the db_dependent/Search.t tests.
Tried some other searches, all seems to be working correctly.

I reproduce the bug and I confirm this patch fixes it.
Without the patch, kw:history && kw:earth, I got:
  Search biblios OK 4 1 1+0 RPN @attrset Bib-1 @attr 4=6 @attr 1=1016 history
With the path, I get:
   Search biblios OK 2 1 1+0 RPN @attrset Bib-1 @and @attr 4=6 @attr 1=1016 history @attr 4=6 @attr 1=1016 earth

Jared Camins-Esakov 8c6fe639b8 Bug 9961: Add truncation support to QP driver
The original implementation of QueryParser did not handle truncation
based on the QueryAutoTruncate system preference. This patch adds support.

To test:
1) Apply patch.
2) Turn on UseQueryParser.
3) Set QueryAutoTruncate to "automatically."
4) Search for "har". Note that it returns results with words
   like "Harry" (i.e. with right truncation).
5) Search for "har*". Note that it still returns results with right
   truncation.
6) Set QueryAutoTruncate to "only when * is added."
7) Search for "har". Note that it returns only records that have the
   exact word "har" in them (most likely there will be none unless you
   have Hebrew items).
8) Search for "har*". Note that once again it returns results for "Harry"
   (i.e. right truncated results).
9) Sign off.

This patch also reindents a hash in Koha/QueryParser/Driver/PQF.pm
because it was hard to read before.

Jared Camins-Esakov 181dab6699 Bug 9239 QA follow-up: fix overeager quote escaping
The quote escaping added two follow-ups ago was a little too eager,
and escaped perfectly valid quotes in some instances. This patch moves
the escaping deeper into the loop so that no needed quotes will be
escaped.

Jared Camins-Esakov 9d450224c1 Bug 9239 follow-up: POD and perlcritic fixes
There were several perlcritic violations for returning explicit undef,
and splitting up the various driver classes resulted in POD compliance
errors, where the POD was starting with head2 rather than head1. This
patch fixes those errors (but has no functional impact).

Jared Camins-Esakov 2900bd14dc Bug 9239: Introduce QueryParser driver for PQF
Since the most expressive query language supported by Zebra is PQF, this
patch adds a PQF driver for QueryParser which will translate QueryParser
queries into standard PQF (guided by mappings which have been written to
match Koha's existing Zebra configuration) which can then be sent to
Zebra. This driver, Koha::QueryParser::Driver::PQF(::*) extends the
OpenILS::QueryParser(::*) class(es), so as to preserve maximum
interoperability between the various users of the QueryParser driver.

Initially, search syntax is as follows:
* AND operator: &&
* OR operator: ||
* GROUPING operators: ( )

Fields can mostly be searched using the ccl prefixes they have now. The
exception is the various date limits which are searched with a syntax
like this: pubdate(2008)

For sorting, you can simply add #title-sort-az (etc.) to your query.
