When implemented, the keyboard shortcuts could not use the system clipboard so
Citrl-C was mapped to use the editor clipboard. As this now works with the system clipboard
we should allow standard functionality and remap the Koha shortcut.
This will not affect existing installations, however, they can modify the keyboard shortcut if they
wish by visting:
Administration->Keyboard shortcuts
or
Clicking the 'Redefine shortcuts' link under 'Keyboard shortcuts' in the advanced editor.
To test:
1 - Apply this patch
2 - Reset all
3 - Confirm Ctrl-Alt-C is the command to 'Copy current field' in Keyboard shortcuts in the advanced editor

Before bug 35138:
DisplayLibraryFacets had priority over the settings in the mappings page.
If you had DisplayLibraryFacets set to "holding library" (only) then only the holding library facet was displayed.
On 231200036 we were not adjusting the facet order/appearance, but the
label, which was wrong. The label must be adjusted for both facets and
the order depending on DisplayLibraryFacets.
Note that bug 37446 is adding a new db rev to adjust the label for
installations that have been updated already.
Test plan:
0. checkout c120975b78 (the commit right before 35138 has been pushed)
1. reset_all
2. holding library is set in DisplayLibraryFacets by default
3. checkout main (so without this patch)
4. updatedatabase
=> ES search result display both facets
5. Repeat 0,1,2 and checkout main + this patch, updatedatabase
=> ES search result display only the holding library facet
Feel free to try with another value in DisplayLibraryFacets

Without this patch, deleting a record source will delete the associated
biblio_metadata rows, which is a severe data loss.
This patch makes the constraint restrict this action.
To test:
1. Add a record source
2. Set the record source to some records
$ koha-mysql kohadev
> UPDATE biblio_metadata SET record_source_id='your source id' WHERE
biblionumber=1;
3. Delete the record source
=> FAIL: Record metadata deleted
4. Apply this patch
5, Run:
$ ktd --shell
k$ updatedatabase
=> SUCCESS: DB update goes well
6. Repeat 1~3 with another record
=> SUCCESS: Source cannot be deleted if there are linked records

This patch removes the 'edit_borrowers', 'manage_bookings',
'lable_creator', 'routing' and 'order_manage' permissions from the list
of options in the patrons list endpoint.
We then assign the new 'list_borrowers' permission to any users who have
those removed permissions
Test plan
1) Apply patch and run the database update
2) Users with any of the permissions listed above should now also have
the 'list_borrowers' permission too.
3) Check that patron searching continues to work from the various
locations in the UI for the above affected users

- Secondary email
- Alternate email
- Enable email notices for item checkout
4. Attempt to check an item out to that patron

This change adds a line to skip auto_too_soon issues/checkouts
in the auto renew digest template.
Since auto_too_soon do not trigger notifications and don't require
any special action, let's skip them in the breakdown of checkouts in

Test plan:
0. Apply the patch
1. reset_all (in koha-testing-docker)
2. Note the following line in the AUTO_RENEWALS_DGST template:

This patch adds a series of fallthroughs to ensure pickup_library_id is
always set prior to adding the NOT NULL constraint.
We initially only looked at items.homebranch but as that's a nullable
field itself, we now look at items.holdingbranch before finally
defaulting to the first available branch in the branches table in the
worst case.

Database update fails on some databases because of
foreign key constraint error. This comes from attempt
to make column aqbudgets.budget_period_id not accept
NULL values. Update also fails if there are rows where
column aqbudgets.budget_period_id doesn't match any
values in aqbudgetperiods.budget_period_id.
To test:
1. Remove changes made in bug 32132 and downgrade your database:
- ALTER TABLE aqbudgets MODIFY COLUMN `budget_period_id` INT(11) NULL;
- UPDATE aqbudgets SET budget_period_id = NULL
WHERE budget_period_id IN(SELECT budget_period_id FROM aqbudgetperiods
WHERE budget_period_description = "Budget for funds without budget");
- DELETE FROM aqbudgetperiods
WHERE budget_period_description = "Budget for funds without budget";
- UPDATE systempreferences SET value="23.1200022" WHERE variable = "Version;
2. Upgrade your database (e.g. running installer/data/mysql/updatedatabase.pl)
=> Update fails on foreign key constraint error.
4. Apply this patch.
5. Try to update your database again.
=> Database should now be upgraded succesfully.

This patch adds a new system preference StaffLoginBranchBasedOnIP which restores the behaviour before bug 35918
of using the current IP to determine the user's logged in branchcode
To test:
1 - Get your current ip
2 - Set that IP for a library in the administration section
3 - Find a user account assigned to a different library that can login to staff side
4 - Login to staff as that user, select 'My library'
5 - You are logged in to the user's branch
6 - Apply patch, restart all
7 - Log out and back in, selecting 'My library'
8 - You are logged in to the user's branch
9 - Enable new system preference StaffLoginBranchBasedOnIP
9 - Log out and back in, selecting a different branch, noting the new warning below the library selection
10 - You are logged in to the branch with the matching IP
11 - Log out and back in, selecting 'My library'
10 - You are logged in to the branch with the matching IP
11 - Change your logged in branch
12 - Verify the selection sticks and you can perform staff actions in the chosen branch
13 - Change the IP of the library to one that doesn't match yours
14 - Verify you can log out and log back in and that selected branch is respected when your IP doesn't match library IP
