Without a test comment, failures appear as bare 'not ok N' lines with
no indication of which file failed or what codespell found.
Passing the filename as the third argument to is() means:
- Every passing test shows: ok N - path/to/file
- Every failing test shows: not ok N - path/to/file
Test plan:
1. Apply patch
2. Introduce a deliberate spelling error in any .pl file
3. prove xt/author/codespell.t
=> Failing line shows the filename and the codespell finding inline,
without needing to dig into full console logs

HTML1 is gone. Almost...
The previous rule said that we could not have TT tags within HTML tags
because it caused problems with the translation.
It was incorrect.
Bug 38720 removed that rule, and stated that the only problematic use
was a IF with ">".
It was also incorrect.
This one bug states that we cannot have TT tags to construct HTML tags
IF one of the attribute contains a translatable string.
The list of translatable attributes are listed in tmpl_process3.pl.
This patch restores xt/tt_valid.t (and move it to xt/author) and adjust
slightly the test to take into account this last statement.
Test plan:
0. Apply only this first patch
1. Run xt/author/tt_valid.t
=> It fails on mana-subscription-search-result.inc
2. Update po for your prefered language
=> The string "This resource has been reported more than" is not in the
po files
3. Apply the second patch, repeat 1 and 2
=> It still fails: adding a space between the TT tag and the attribute is not enough here
=> The string is picked now! but... install the template and open the
translated version =>
4. Apply the third patch, repeat 1 and 2
=> The tests pass!
=> The string is still picked, install => The template looks good!
Now if you are familiar with Mana you can try to see the translated
string on the UI

This patch fixes xt/author/Text_CSV_Various.t by using a regex that can consider logical defined-or statements (|| and //, etc) when checking which formula has been used.
TO TEST:
a) run prove -vv xt/author/Text_CSV_Various.t
*) notice the test fails
== APPLY PATCH ==
b) repeat step a)
*) notice the test now passes
c) inspect diff for xt/author/Text_CSV_Various.t
*) notice we are now using a wildcard (.*) between => and the first ' to skip variable declarations
d) inspect diff for Koha/CSV.pm
*) notice we are now hard-coding 'empty' as a defined-or in case someone decides not to define a format at the class level
(which was not being done before anyway and is now defaulted to undefined)

This test ensures all Text::CSV usage in Koha includes proper formula
injection protection to prevent CSV formula injection attacks.
The test scans all Perl modules and verifies that Text::CSV constructors
include the 'formula' parameter set to a safe mode ('empty', 'die',
'croak', 'diag', or numeric 1-5).
To test:
1. Apply this patch
2. Run:
$ ktd --shell
k$ prove xt/author/Text_CSV_Various.t
=> FAIL: Test should fail showing files without formula protection:
- Koha/Patrons/Import.pm

This patch changes the regex so it doesn't expect the exclusion
parameters to only be files but accept directories too.
The risk of this is we might at some point catch more than we want.
I don't think it is worth spending more time in it, though.

1. Run:
$ ktd --shell
k$ prove xt/author/valid-templates.t

After bug 25067 we found that this test file is failing with
# Failed test 'opac_bootstrap templates are translatable'
# at xt/author/translatable-templates.t line 91.
# Unknown action specified.
The original patches forgot to update this file.
However when we tried to adjust it, we found that those tests are never working.
Tried on 18.11.00 with a very ugly modified intranet-main.tt, the test was still passing.
No idea how we can make it display warnings and so hard to fix the expected behaviour.
I decided to remove it for now and see later if we need an updated test for the translate script.

This patch adds a .perlcriticrc (copied from qa-test-tools) and fixes
almost all perlcrictic violations according to this .perlcriticrc
The remaining violations are silenced out by appending a '## no critic'
to the offending lines. They can still be seen by using the --force
option of perlcritic
This patch also modify t/00-testcritic.t to check all Perl files using
the new .perlcriticrc.
I'm not sure if this test script is still useful as it is now equivalent
to `perlcritic --quiet .` and it looks like it is much slower
(approximatively 5 times slower on my machine)
Test plan:
1. Run `perlcritic --quiet .` from the root directory. It should output
nothing
2. Run `perlcritic --quiet --force .`. It should output 7 errors (6
StringyEval, 1 BarewordFileHandles)
3. Run `TEST_QA=1 prove t/00-testcritic.t`
4. Read the patch. Check that all changes make sense and do not
introduce undesired behaviour

If you run `prove xt/author/pod_spell.t` without having Test::Spelling installed, it will skip the tests.
If you install the lib-test-spelling-perl, the test will fail:
xt/author/pod_spell.t .. You said to run 0 tests at xt/author/pod_spell.t line 21.
xt/author/pod_spell.t .. Dubious, test returned 25 (wstat 6400, 0x1900)
No subtests run
This is because the call to all_pod_files_spelling_ok is expecting a path
If we try to fix it with adding "." as parameter, the tests will raise tone of errors.

Two of the template includes in the Bootstrap theme cannot be tested
all by themselves because they require that the template that includes
them define BLOCKs. This patch ensures that they are excluded
from individual testing; they will get exercised sufficiently by being
including by all of the other Bootstrap templates.
