Bug 36586: Define self-checkin timer using Javascript class
This patch rewrites the self-checkin timer code to be defined in a
Javascript class which is then instantiated in once in sci-main.pl
depending on certain conditions (ie a barcode has been entered, or
an item has been checked in by barcode).

To test:
1 - Set SelfCheckinTimeout to a small value like 5
2 - Go to the self checkin:
    http://localhost:8080/cgi-bin/koha/sci/sci-main.pl
3 - Sign in as the SCI user
4 - Watch the page, it should refresh every 5 seconds
5 - Confirm that moving the mouse/typing prevents the reset
6 - Check in an item
7 - Wait and confirm reload of main page happens when idle
8 - Confirm mouse/typing prevents refresh
9 - Sign off!

Bug 38664: Tidy the whole codebase
This commit is generated using:
  % perl misc/devel/tidy.pl
*within* ktd, to get the same version of perltidy than what will be used
by our CI (currently v20230309).

Jonathan Druart 9d6d641d1f Bug 17600: Standardize our EXPORT_OK
On bug 17591 we discovered that there was something weird going on with
the way we export and use subroutines/modules.
This patch tries to standardize our EXPORT to use EXPORT_OK only.

That way we will need to explicitely define the subroutine we want to
use from a module.

This patch is a squashed version of:
Bug 17600: After export.pl
Bug 17600: After perlimport
Bug 17600: Manual changes
Bug 17600: Other manual changes after second perlimports run
Bug 17600: Fix tests

And a lot of other manual changes.

export.pl is a dirty script that can be found on bug 17600.

"perlimport" is:
git clone https://github.com/oalders/App-perlimports.git
cd App-perlimports/
cpanm --installdeps .
export PERL5LIB="$PERL5LIB:/kohadevbox/koha/App-perlimports/lib"
find . \( -name "*.pl" -o -name "*.pm" \) -exec perl App-perlimports/script/perlimports --inplace-edit --no-preserve-unused --filename {} \;

The ideas of this patch are to:
* use EXPORT_OK instead of EXPORT
* perltidy the EXPORT_OK list
* remove '&' before the subroutine names
* remove some uneeded use statements
* explicitely import the subroutines we need within the controllers or
modules

Note that the private subroutines (starting with _) should not be
exported (and not used from outside of the module except from tests).

EXPORT vs EXPORT_OK (from
https://www.thegeekstuff.com/2010/06/perl-exporter-examples/)
"""
Export allows to export the functions and variables of modules to user’s namespace using the standard import method. This way, we don’t need to create the objects for the modules to access it’s members.

@EXPORT and @EXPORT_OK are the two main variables used during export operation.

@EXPORT contains list of symbols (subroutines and variables) of the module to be exported into the caller namespace.

@EXPORT_OK does export of symbols on demand basis.
"""

If this patch caused a conflict with a patch you wrote prior to its
push:
* Make sure you are not reintroducing a "use" statement that has been
removed
* "$subroutine" is not exported by the C4::$MODULE module
means that you need to add the subroutine to the @EXPORT_OK list
* Bareword "$subroutine" not allowed while "strict subs"
means that you didn't imported the subroutine from the module:
  - use $MODULE qw( $subroutine list );
You can also use the fully qualified namespace: C4::$MODULE::$subroutine

Tomas Cohen Arazi c1949cda9b Bug 22739: Test SelfCheckInTimeout <> 0, not just defined
On sci-main.pl the preference value is tested for 'defined'. This patch
tests it is different than empty string too. This was causing a
JavaScript syntax error, that made it display a wrong message.

To test:
1 - Blank the syspref SelfCheckInTimeout
2 - Attempt to checkin something via sci
=> FAIL: The 'Your request included no check-ins.' message is printed.
3 - Apply this patch, reload the sci-main.pl page
4 - Attempt to checkin something via sci
=> SUCCESS: The UI correctly stacks the scanned barcodes

Tomas Cohen Arazi d6e8e88249 Bug 15492: Make existing code aware of new self_check* permissions
This patch makes the existing code for SCO use the new permissions schema
for self check modules. Specifically addresses this change:

  circulate  => self_checkout
becomes
  slef_check => self_checkout_module

about.pl checks are dejusted too.

get_template_and_user gets refactored to avoid code duplication and the
conditions are adjusted for the new permissions.

Tomas Cohen Arazi 9bf68c8c3e Bug 15492: Add SCI module
This patch adds the SCI module, and adapts C4::Auth to know about it.

The current behaviour is:
- Requires admin user initialization/login
- Uses the logged users' library
- A form allows to scan multiple barcodes
- A button sends the barcode list to the controller
  to batch perform the checkins
- Successful and failed checkins are sent to the template
- Results are displayed
- Logout link

To test:
- Apply this patches
- Make sure you upgrade:
  $ kshell
 k$ perl installer/data/mysql/updatedatabase.pl
- Have 'SelfCheckInModule' disabled
- Go to http://kohadev.myDNSname.org:8080/cgi-bin/koha/sci/sci-main.pl [1]
=> SUCCESS: You are rejected because the feature is disabled
- Enable 'SelfCheckInModule'
- Go to the previous URL
=> SUCCESS: You are required to login
- Login with a user WITHOUT self_checkout permissions
=> SUCCESS: You are not allowed to log into the Self check-in module.
- Login with a user WITH self_checkour permissions
=> SUCCESS: You gain access, and are presented the UI
- Go through the several options
=> SUCCESS: All works as it should
- Click the 'Help' link
=> SUCCESS: A help text is displayed on a modal
- Sign off :-D

- Bonus points:
  $ kshell
 k$ qa -c 2 -v 2
=> SUCCESS: All tests green
