The new servicing instructions UI on the "add order" form was showing
unconditionally, even when the EDIFACT system preference is disabled
or the vendor has no EDI account configured. Elsewhere in acquisitions
(e.g. acqui/basket.tt) EDI-only UI is gated on
Koha.Preference('EDIFACT') && ediaccount, so apply the same check here.
Test plan:
1. With EDIFACT disabled, or EDIFACT enabled but the vendor has no
entry in vendor_edi_accounts, open Acquisitions > a basket > Add
order (neworderempty.pl)
=> No "Servicing instructions" field is shown
2. Enable EDIFACT and add a vendor_edi_accounts row for the vendor
=> The "Servicing instructions" field appears and behaves as before

The RM's review found two stored XSS vectors in the servicing
instruction free-text (LVT) handling:
1. neworderempty.tt embedded the servicing instruction JSON (and the
EDIFACT_SI authorised values list) directly into an inline <script>
block via JSON.parse('[% ... | $raw %]'). TT's html filter does not
escape single quotes, so a free-text value like
test' + alert(1) + ' broke out of the JS string literal and
executed on the next page load of the edit form.
2. basket.pl built the "Servicing instruction" column display by
concatenating raw LVC/LVT values with '<br>' and rendering the
result with | $raw in basket.tt, so HTML/script content in a
free-text value executed directly on the basket page.
Fix the first by moving the JSON into existing/new hidden input
value="" attributes (escaped with the html filter, which is safe for
double-quoted HTML attributes) and reading them back via jQuery's
.val() before JSON.parse(), instead of interpolating untrusted data
into a JS string literal.
Fix the second by passing the display parts to the template as a list
and escaping each with the html filter at render time, instead of
building a pre-escaped raw HTML string in Perl.

This patch adds the user interface for managing and displaying
EDIFACT servicing instructions in the acquisitions module.
Changes to acqui/neworderempty.pl:
- Parses servicing_instruction JSON for editing existing orders
- Fetches EDIFACT_SI authorized values for dropdown
- Passes data to template in both array and JSON formats
Changes to acqui/addorder.pl:
- Accepts servicing_instruction_groups_json from form submission
- Validates and stores JSON in database
Changes to acqui/basket.pl:
- Fetches EDIFACT_SI authorized values
- Formats servicing instructions for display in get_order_infos()
- Creates human-readable display strings with:
* LVC codes replaced with descriptions
* Groups separated by <br> tags
* Format: "Description" or "Description: free text"
Changes to neworderempty.tt:
- Dynamic UI for adding/removing servicing instruction groups
- Each group can contain:
* One LVC (coded) instruction only, OR
* One LVT (free-text) instruction only, OR
* One LVC + one LVT combination
- Validation prevents:
* More than 2 instructions per group
* Duplicate LVC or LVT in same group
- LVC instructions use dropdown populated from EDIFACT_SI authorized values
- LVT instructions use free-text input
- Groups serialized to JSON hidden field for form submission
- Smart button labels show what can be added to each group
Changes to basket.tt:
- Displays servicing instructions in basket table
- Pre-formatted in Perl (no JavaScript parsing needed)
- Shows LVC descriptions instead of codes
- Multiple groups displayed on separate lines
Changes to columns_settings.yml:
- Adds servicing_instruction column to basket table configuration
Display format examples:
- LVC only: "Barcode labelling"
- LVT only: "Handle with care"
- Combined: "Binding: Apply to spine"
- Multiple groups (on separate lines):
Barcode labelling
Binding: Special instructions
Test plan:
1. Create/edit order
2. Add servicing instruction groups
3. Try to add more than 2 instructions to a group (should prevent)
4. Try to add duplicate LVC or LVT to group (should prevent)
5. Save order
6. View basket and verify instructions display correctly
7. Edit order and verify instructions load into form

In order to tidy all the script tags of the .tt files we isolate the
interpolation of Template::Toolkit variables in a separate script tag.
This patch focuses on the acquisition module.
The 2 main changes are in the following files:
* basket.tt
It's mostly about table settings and the visibility of columns depending
on syspref:
- "supplier report" / EDIFACT
- "modify" / if basket is not closed
- "cancel" / CancelOrdersInClosedBaskets
* neworderempty.tt
trivial changes, no error or warning in the console should appear.
Confirm than createing a new order works as expected.

Test plan
=========
Scenario A (the bug)
--------------------
1. In OPAC, create a purchase suggestion with defined quantity
("Copies" in staff interface).
2. Accept the suggestion.
2. Have a budget, fund, vendor etc. to use the Acquisitions module.
Ensure that AcqCreateItem syspref is set to 'placing an order'.
3. Create a new basket and add to basket an order line from accepted
suggestion. Note the initial Quantity set to the quantity entered
in suggestion. Note increasing this number while you add items
to the order with the 'Add item' button. Save the order, close the
basket.
4. Start receiving shipments for this order (create invoice etc.).
Receive items you created by 'Add item' until there is nothing more
to receive. Note the number of unreecived items in the order (eqal
to the initial quantity from the suggestion) that cannot be regulary
received (with the items table on the left). This is the *bug*.
[This is due to the ambiguity of $data->{quantity} in the neworderempty.pl
-- it normally comes from the order: GetOrder, but in the case of a yet
empty order created from a suggestion, it comes from the suggestions table:
GetSuggestion].
5. Apply the patch, restart plack etc.
6. Repeat step 2 and 3. While adding items in order note that you start
from quantity 0, and that the suggested quantity is shown in brackets.
7. Continue with p. 4. You should be able to receive the order in the
regular way (with the items created).
Scenario B (bonus)
------------------
Repeat the above with AcqCreateItem syspref is set to 'receiving the order',
or 'cataloging the record'. These cases do not create a bug as it does
the case with 'placing an order'. Note however, after applying the patch,
the initial quantity in the order is set to 0 and there is the bonus infomation
about the suggested number of items (from the suggestion).

Like Bug 19372, selecting MARC framework currently doesn't work when adding to basket from an external source.
Strangly I can reproduce on koha-testing-docker, but we have this issue with a Ubuntu Focal install.
Looks like it comes from a bad syntaxe than needs to be replaced in any case.
Test plan:
1) Add an order to a basket from an external source
2) Select another framework than the default one on the search result
view. Before doing 'add order' on choosen search result line.
3) Chek the framework code you will pick will be used in the created biblio record

This enhancement allows libraries to modify an existing orderline and increase the quantity in the order. The quantity is increased by adding more items to the order, through the usual Item for which is visible when adding or modifying an order.
To test:
1. Ensure you have a budget, fund, vendor etc. to use the Acquisitions module
2. Open a new basket. Make sure you do NOT check the 'orders are standing' option
3. Add an order to the basket using any method. Add an item or more to this orderline and save the order to the basket
4. Click Modify to edit the orderline
5. Notice the quantity text field. Try to directly change this number. You'll get an error pop-up and be redirected back to the basket.
6. Apply the patch, restart services, refresh the basket page
7. Click Modify to edit the orderline
8. Notice the item form and Items list table is visible with your existing item(s) for this order. There should be no Action buttons as actions can't be done on an existing item order.
9. Confirm you are able to add more items to the Items list and to the order by filling out the form and clicking 'Add item' as normal. Confirm the quantity increases accordingly.
10. Confirm the Edit and Delete buttons for newly added items work as expected
11. Save and confirm the quantity for the orderline has increased
12. Confirm this behaviour persists with the other methods of adding new orders to a basket

When an already received order line is modified/edited,
we experience data loss. Most prominently, we will lose the
linked invoiceid. Therefore we should not allow editing an
order line that was already received. If something needs to be
changed, the receipt should be cancelled first.
To test:
* Create basket as standing order with items added in cataloguing
* Add an order line
* Receive shipment
* Go to the basket summary page, click on 'Modify'
* Change the actual cost
* Save
* Verify that the invoice is now empty
* In the database aqorders.invoiceid will be NULL
* Apply patch
* Receive another shipment for the standing order
* Go back to basket summary page
* Verify the 'Modify' link is no longer present
* Click 'Modify' on the unreceived order line
* Edit the URL parameter odernumber to have the number of an
already received order line
* Verify you see a nice error message:
This order cannot be edited, the basket is closed or the order was already received.

This patch allows to create additional fields for order lines.
Once created, these fields can be filled during order line creation or
modification.
If additional field is linked to a MARC field, there are two possible
scenario:
- MARC field mode = get: The field cannot be modified and its value is
retrieved from the bibliographic record (current behaviour)
- MARC field mode = set: The field can be modified and its value is
saved to the bibliographic record (new behaviour)
If additional field is linked to an authorised value category, then
authorised values are used. If not directly linked to an authorised
value category, but linked to a MARC field, a search for an AV category
is made on MARC default framework.
This patch doesn't display additional fields value anywhere (except in
order line creation/modification). Future patches will do that.
Test plan:
1/ Go to Acquisitions home
2/ In the left menu, click on "Add order line fields"
3/ Click on "New field" button
4/ Give the field a name (unique), no AV category and no MARC field.
5/ Save.
6/ Create 5 other fields:
a/ no AV category, a MARC field not linked to AV category, MARC field
mode = get
b/ no AV category, a MARC field not linked to AV category, MARC field
mode = set
c/ no AV category, a MARC field linked to AV category, MARC field
mode = get
d/ no AV category, a MARC field linked to AV category, MARC field
mode = set
e/ an AV category, no MARC field
7/ Create everything you need to be able to create order lines
(supplier, basket, ...)
8/ Create an order line. At bottom of the page, you should see your
additional fields, with authorised values dropdrown list for fields
(c), (d) and (e). Fields (a) and (c) should be disabled.
9/ Fill these fields with some data and save order line
10/ check that data was correctly saved into biblio for fields (b) and
(d), but not for (a) and (c)
11/ modify the same order line, check that values you've filled are
correctly retrieved and that values for (a) and (c) were correctly
retrieved from the bibliographic record
12/ modify all values, save, and check biblio once again

This patch allows you to specify an estimated delivery date per order.
The specified estimated delivery date is also considered when searching
for late orders and exporting late orders. You can also edit the
estimated delivery date from the late orders page.
Test plan:

2. Go to Acquisitions, search for a vendor, and create a new basket
3. Add an order to the basket. When filling in the accounting details,
notice the new 'estimated delivery date' field, but don't add a date.

4. Confirm no date shows in the estimated delivery date column in the
orders table.
5. Modify the order. Add a date in the estimated delivery date field and
save the order.
6. Confirm the date now shows in the orders table.
7. Close the basket.
8. Go to the Late Orders page.
9. Put estimated delivery date from and to parameters in the search
filters on the left. Ensure the from and to dates encapsulate the date
you entered in the estimated delivery date field for the order.
10. Click Filter and ensure the order shows.
11. Select the checkbox next to the order. Click the Export as CSV button.
12. Open the CSV and confirm the estimated delivery date that you
entered shows as expected in the file.
13. Click Edit under the estimated delivery date. Confirm the estimated
delivery date modal pops up with the correct order line number in the
modal header.
14. Remove the estimated delivery date and click Save.
15. Confirm that the estimated delivery date calculated by Koha now
shows in the late orders table.
16. Select the checkbox next to the order. Click the Export as CSV button.
17. Open the CSV and confirm the calculated estimated delivery date
shows in the CSV.

On bug 17591 we discovered that there was something weird going on with
the way we export and use subroutines/modules.
This patch tries to standardize our EXPORT to use EXPORT_OK only.
That way we will need to explicitely define the subroutine we want to
use from a module.
This patch is a squashed version of:
Bug 17600: After export.pl
Bug 17600: After perlimport
Bug 17600: Manual changes
Bug 17600: Other manual changes after second perlimports run
Bug 17600: Fix tests
And a lot of other manual changes.
export.pl is a dirty script that can be found on bug 17600.
"perlimport" is:
git clone https://github.com/oalders/App-perlimports.git
cd App-perlimports/
cpanm --installdeps .
export PERL5LIB="$PERL5LIB:/kohadevbox/koha/App-perlimports/lib"
find . \( -name "*.pl" -o -name "*.pm" \) -exec perl App-perlimports/script/perlimports --inplace-edit --no-preserve-unused --filename {} \;
The ideas of this patch are to:
* use EXPORT_OK instead of EXPORT
* perltidy the EXPORT_OK list
* remove '&' before the subroutine names
* remove some uneeded use statements
* explicitely import the subroutines we need within the controllers or
modules
Note that the private subroutines (starting with _) should not be
exported (and not used from outside of the module except from tests).
EXPORT vs EXPORT_OK (from
https://www.thegeekstuff.com/2010/06/perl-exporter-examples/)
"""
Export allows to export the functions and variables of modules to user’s namespace using the standard import method. This way, we don’t need to create the objects for the modules to access it’s members.
@EXPORT and @EXPORT_OK are the two main variables used during export operation.
@EXPORT contains list of symbols (subroutines and variables) of the module to be exported into the caller namespace.
@EXPORT_OK does export of symbols on demand basis.
"""
If this patch caused a conflict with a patch you wrote prior to its
push:
* Make sure you are not reintroducing a "use" statement that has been
removed
* "$subroutine" is not exported by the C4::$MODULE module
means that you need to add the subroutine to the @EXPORT_OK list
* Bareword "$subroutine" not allowed while "strict subs"
means that you didn't imported the subroutine from the module:
- use $MODULE qw( $subroutine list );
You can also use the fully qualified namespace: C4::$MODULE::$subroutine

to C4::Auth::get_template_and_user, but it's not actually used!

we don't enforce the rule in the controller file.
This patch use output_and_exit to stop the script and display an error
to the end user.
Test plan:
Create a basket, add an order
On the basket view you see the "Modify" link, open it in a separate tab
=> You can edit the basket
Keep this tab open, get back to the other one and close the basket
Reload the tab with the order edition form
=> You cannot longer edit the basket
QA: Do we need a check in addorder.pl as well?

This patch modifies the code for parsing MARC framework configurations
so that the placeholder "<<YY>>" translates to a two-year date.
To test, apply the patch and modify a framework to include placeholders.
For example, in MARC21:
- Administration -> MARC structure -> 952 -> Edit subfields -> d
- Expand "Advanced constraints" and add a default value:
<<YYYY>> <<YY>> <<MM>> <<DD>> <<USER>>
- Save your configuration and go to Cataloging.
- Go to the add/edit items page for a record which uses the framework
you edited.
- In the "Add item" form, in the "Date aquired" field, you should see
the correct values. For example: '2019 19 12 03 Leonard'
Perform the same test when adding an item during the Acquisitions
process (depending on your AcqCreateItem setting).
Note that acqui/neworderempty.pl has been modified because the
placeholder-replacement code is repeated there, but I couldn't discover
how to test it (if it is used at all?)

If a fund is created with a amount of 0, it will not appear in the fund
list (when a new order is created for instance).
0 allocated funds can be used to track donations and other situations
where there is not an expected amount for the year.
Test plan:
0. Do not apply the patch
1. Create 1 active and 1 inactive budgets
2. Create some funds for each budgets, with amount > 0 and amount == 0
3. Add orders to basket
=> Note that the funds with amount == 0 are not displayed
4. Apply the patch
5. Add orders to basket (using the different possible ways we have)
=> Note that the funds with amount == 0 are displayed
This change is applied to the different views of the acquisition module.

The feature was there but a condition disabled it.
Test plan:
- modify the default value for 008@ or another subfield in the ACQ framework using one or more of the placeholders above
- activate UseACQFrameworkForBiblioRecords
- create a basket
- create an order from a new record
- verify the values have been replaced

There are 2 subroutines from C4::Acquisition that could be removed:
- GetLastOrderReceivedFromSubscriptionid
- GetLastOrderNotReceivedFromSubscriptionid
After bug 20726 only GetLastOrderReceivedFromSubscriptionid will be used
(from acqui/neworderempty.pl) and this call could be replaced easily with Koha::Acquisition::Orders
The code (+ tests) related to these 2 subroutines could then be removed.
The parameters for the search is basic and does no really deserve its own subroutine.

Apply mandatory defaults from the ACQ framework to records from external
source in Acquisition.
Test plan:
[1] Add 'BK' as mandatory default in ACQ framework for 942$c.
[2] Add order to basket via external source.
[3] Check 942$c on detail page of new record, MARC tab.

This patch adds the ability to create a new purchase suggestion from an
existing title. This will prevent the creation of bibliographic records
that already exist in the catalogue. Also it will ease the process
during acquisition.
Test plan:
- Login at the OPAC and go to the detail of a bibliographic record.
- Note that there is a new link "New purchase suggestion for this title"
on the right of the screen
- Please suggest an other icon if that one is not appropriated
- Click on it and submit your new suggestion
=> You should not get the confirmation screen (introduced by bug 14973)
warning you that the title already exists.
- Login staff side and order from this suggestion.
- Receive items and confirm that a new bibliographic record is not
created.

When ordering from a subscription, there is now a "hint" to display the
number of issues and the frequency. It will be easier to estimate the
quantity to receive.
