Koha::Object->to_api can now return undefined.. we should be catching
that cases in all post manipulation cases.

As described in bug 30013, some outgoing SMTP services ( such as Gmail ) do not like Koha's current behavior of initiating a new connection for each email sent. If we switch from Email::Sender::Transport::SMTP to Email::Sender::Transport::SMTP::Persistent and store the object for the duration of the message queue processing, this should solve that issue.

This patch makes the ->store method take care of setting the server as
the only default one.
To test:
1. Apply this patch
2. Run:
$ kshell
k$ prove t/db_dependent/Koha/SMTP/Server.t
=> SUCCESS: Tests pass!
3. The UI keeps working as it should.

Bug 22343 adds the ability to defined SMTP servers via the UI; But to then utilise them you have to go to each individual library via the libraries admin area and select the SMTP server.
We should have a way to override the fallback/default SMTP server right from the SMTP servers administration page.. setting one of our defined SMTP Servers as the system default rather than using the hard coded fallback options.
Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch set
2) Restart all the things!
3) Browser to the SMTP servers editor,
verify only one server can be set as the default server
4) Set a default server, verify that server was used to send email from
a cronjob, AND/OR prove t/db_dependent/Koha/SMTP/Server.t

This patch makes the _transport_ method in Koha::SMTP::Server pass the
debug flag correctly to the Email::Sender::Transport::SMTP->new
constructor.
To test:
1. Apply the regression tests patch
2. Run:
$ kshell
k$ prove t/db_dependent/Koha/SMTP/Server.t
=> FAIL: Oh noes! debug is not passed to the constructor!

This patch makes the SMTP server objects do not include the password for
API representation. If we need the password itself, we can add a route
to retrieve it with specific permissions.

This patch introduces classes to handle SMTP servers. It is done in a
way that a default server can be set, and then per-library ones can be
set. All should be done with Koha::SMTP::Servers methods, that take care
of overwriting library-specific configs, and handle the defaults
retrieval and setting correctly.
To test:
1. Apply this patches
2. Run:
$ kshell
$ perl installer/data/mysql/updatedatabase.pl
=> SUCCESS: Atomic update is ok, smtp_servers table created
3. Run:
k$ prove t/db_dependent/Koha/SMTP/
