Koha's XSLT display path now calls a plugin hook so plugins can
extend the record processor filter list before MARC is transformed.
This enables prototype punctuation filters (and similar) to run
as plugins without core changes.
Test plan:
1) Enable plugins in koha-conf.xml.
2) Install the TestPunctuation plugin from https://github.com/HKS3/koha-test-punctuation
3) Enable the plugin in Koha admin.
4) View a biblio in staff or OPAC with XSLT display enabled and confirm
the filter runs (e.g., 245$a gets a trailing period if missing).

To test:
0. APPLY PATCH, restart_all
1. Find or create a record that has some MARC fields that don't show up by default in the record display. ( I tested using a 538$a )
2. Go to Tools and you should see a new link for 'Record display customizations'.
3. From Record display customizations click 'New Entry'
4. Choose a display location, the choices should be StaffResultsPage, StaffDetailPage, OPACResultsPage, and OPACDetailPage
5. Add the following to the entry:
[% IF record.subfield('538' , 'a') %]
<span class="results_summary test1">
<span class="label">The 538a: </span>
[% record.subfield('538' , 'a') %]
</span>
[% END %]
6. Go to the record from step 1, you should see the 538$a labeled as 'The 538a:' with the appropriate data in it.
7. This should display in the appropriate location depending on if you chose StaffResultsPage, StaffDetailPage, OPACResultsPage, or OPACDetailPage. Check each of the locations.
8. Make a new, or edit existing, Record display customization and mark the 'Library:' field for a specific branch. Make sure that the Record display customization only shows up when you are logged in at that branch.
9. Install a new language pack, I tested with es-ES.
10. Make a new, or edit existing, Record display customization and fill out the language specific tab. Make sure the Record display customization shows correctly with the language you chose.

This patch moves the prefetch to current_branchtransfers and uses the prefetched reserves
and transfers to reduce the number of lookups from the DB
We also don't fetch the specific current transfer, knowing we have current transfers is enough
To test:
1 - Perform a search on the OPAC
2 - Add the results to a list
3 - Load the list several times and use developer tools (F12) to view the time to load in the network tab
4 - Repeat a search several times and use developer tools (F12) to view the time to load in the network tab
5 - Record the times noted above
6 - Find or create a record with many items, biblionumber 3 in my example
7 - on the command line:
export DBIC_TRACE=1
perl -e 'use C4::XSLT; my $i = C4::XSLT::buildKohaItemsNamespace( 3 );'
note the lookups in reserves and transfers
8 - Apply patch
9 - Repeat 7 and note less lookups
10 - Repeat the search and list view and compare times to before the patch
11 - prove -v t/db_dependent/XSLT.t

Items with damaged status are shown on the OPAC results page as "Not
available" even with AllowHoldsOnDamagedItems set to 'Allow', which is
misleading for the users. 'other/Damaged' status should be assigned
only if AllowHoldsOnDamagedItems is set to 'Don't allow'.
Test plan:
==========
1. Check that AllowHoldsOnDamagedItems system preference is set to
'Allow'.
2. In librarian interface, change the damaged status of an item by
setting it to 'Damaged'.
3. In OPAC, make a search for the record with this item attached. Use
common words from title to get a list and not a single record.
4. Note that the item in question is labelled as 'Not available'
(Damaged).
5. Apply the patch; restart_all.
6. Repeat p. 3. Note that the item is now labelled as 'available for
loan'.
7. Set AllowHoldsOnDamagedItems system preference is set to 'Don't
allow'.
8. Repeat p. 3. Note that the item is now labelled as 'Not available'.

When using the facets for author, i.e. limiting a search, it makes sense to preserve the default sort order for the results (relevance, etc)
When clicking on an author to search the catalog for all works by an author, it would be nice to be able to optionally specify sorting for the listing - i.e. publication date, or title
This patch adds two new system preferences:
AuthorLinkSortBy
AuthorLinkSortOrder
To test:
1 - Do a search in intranet and staff for 'austen'
or an author you have multiple titles from
2 - Click the linked name
3 - Note a new search is performed, sorted by field from
defaultSortField preference
4 - Apply patch, updatedatabase, restart_all
5 - Ensure nothing has changed by searching again
6 - Set AuthorLinkSortBy to 'date of publication' and
AuthorLinkSortORder to asc
7 - Search again, comfirm links obey sorting specific above
8 - Test other values - confirm links are updated in both staff/opac
and results/details

1. Apply the first patch
2. Have a known record without volumes
3. Open the record in the OPAC

4. Have a record known to have volumes
5. Open the record in the OPAC

This patch adds handling to our XSLT processing to pass the new
`ContentWarningField` preference value to the stylesheets and then uses
that variable to add content warning notes to both the detail and search
result displays of the staff client.
Test plan
1) Run the database update to expose the new system preference
2) Set `ContentWarningField` to something sensible, like `599`
3) Add the above select field to one of your frameworks with a subfield
`a`.
4) Edit a record with that framework to add a content warning into the
record
5) Search for the record and confirm you now see `Content warning: Your
test text`
6) Click into the record detail and confirm you see the content warning
text there too
7) Bonus points: Assign a new authorized value category to the chosen
field and subfield and confirm the staff client display text is used
in the above tests.

Wrong key 'xsl_filename' is present in opac-tags.pl and shelves.pl
(the only places where it is used in the code even) instead of
'xsl_syspref' that is actually used and this is the cause of those
warnings.
Also added honeypot to check if other calls in same way happens.
Honeypot probably not needed, review when QA in the Community.
To reproduce (shelves.pl):
1) Prepare some test list with items or use existing one.
2) Go to the lists page (koha/virtualshelves/shelves.pl),
notice multitude of new warnings in the "intranet-error.log" log file
that mostly have to do with "Use of uninitialized value $xslsyspref".
3) Apply the patch.
4) Go back to same page and check it again, warns like that should not
appear in the log file anymore.
To reproduce (opac-tags.pl):
1) Go to the "my tags" page in OPAC and open "tag cloud".
2) Notice a bunch of new warnings in the log file that mostly have to
do with "Use of uninitialized value $xslsyspref".
3) Apply the patch.

Shows the component records of a host, on the hosts detail view in
staff client or OPAC, with clickable links to the component records.
The host does not require linking entries to the components, but
components do require a link to the host record via 773$w.
Adds a new search index, Control-number-identifier (aka cni), which
indexes the 003 controlfield.
Adds 'Yet Another System Preference', ShowComponentRecords, which can
be used to turn this feature on or off in staff client and/or OPAC,
and defaults to off.
When looking up the component part records, the code searches for
records with (773$w=Host001 and 003=Host003) or 773$w='Host003 Host001'
or, if the 003 is not defined in the Host, 773$w=Host001.
Does not use easyanalytics or useControlNumber.
