Bug 39908: Hide diff column in log viewer by default 

To test:
1 - go to the log viewer in tools, perform a search
2 - observe the diff column is visible by default
3 - apply patch, reset_all
4 - reload log viewer, repeat search
5 - observe the diff column is now hidden by default
6 - confirm you can toggle diff visibility in the log viewer page
7 - go to column settings and confirm you can toggle diff visibility there
