Bug 39734: Remove obsolete call of system preference IntranetmainUserblock 

Bug 35153 moved IntranetmainUserblock to additional contents.

Remove call in C4/Auth.pm

Test plan :
Check additional content "IntranetmainUserblock" is still OK ;)
