Bug 40343: Include running batchRebuildItemsTables.pl in post-MARC-mapping-update instructions 

This patch updates the information message on the Koha to MARC mapping
page to mention that batchRebuildItemsTables.pl should also be run
if changes are made to mappings that affect the items table.

Test plan:
1. Go to Koha administration > Catalog > Koha to MARC mapping.
2. Note that the information box only mentions running
   misc/batchRebuildBiblioTables.pl after mapping changes.
3. Apply the patch.
4. Refresh the page.
5. Note that it now also mentions running batchRebuildItemsTables.pl
