Bug 40702: Add missing "Title" header in Inventory csv export

This patch adds a missing "Title" header in the Inventory csv export.

Test plan:
0. Apply the patch and koha-plack --restart kohadev
1. Go to http://localhost:8081/cgi-bin/koha/tools/inventory.pl
2. Check the "Export to CSV file" checkbox and click "Submit"
3. In the export, note that the A1 cell now says "Title"
