Bug 40566: Display "Home library" on "Recalls history" 

Test plan:
Go to http://localhost:8081/cgi-bin/koha/members/recallshistory.pl?borrowernumber=19
and confirm that with this patch applied you see the "Home library" of
the patron in the patron's info block (top left)
