Bug 40143: Added links to private lists in bibliographic record detail page in OPAC

Test Plan:
1. In OPAC create a public list, add a book to the list.
2. Notice a link to the list on the biblio's detail page.
3. Create a private list and add the book to it. Notice there is no link to the list in the details page.
4. Apply patch, restart_all
5. Notice there is now a link to the private list
