Bug 41206: Add collection code to transfers to receive 

This patch adds the collection code to the transfers to receive report
It wraps it in a span for styling/hiding

To test:
1 - Transfer some books with collection code set to another branch
2 - Sign in as that branch
3 - Circulation -> Transfers to receive
4 - No collection code shown
5 - Apply patch
6 - Refresh
7 - See collection code
