Bug 35959: Fix C3 merge of 5 modules 

Test plan:

Run the following commands:

  perl -c Koha/AuthorisedValue.pm
  perl -c Koha/Patron/Category.pm
  perl -c Koha/Patron/Attribute/Type.pm
  perl -c Koha/Account/DebitType.pm
  perl -c Koha/Account/CreditType.pm

They should all print 'syntax OK'
