Bug 40591: Typo in fastadd button class 

This patch corrects a typo in the fastadd button class on the
circulation home page.

To test:
To recreate :
1. Apply patch
2. Go to the Circulation home page
3. Inspect the page (Ctrl + Shift + C)
4. Click on the Fast cataloging button
   --> In the inspector, notice the class for the button is circ-button
