Bug 39685: Typo: authorised value in item search fields 

This patch corrects a typo in the item search field table.

Terminology indicates it should be "authorized" and not "authorised".

To test:
1. Apply patch
2. Go to Administration > Item search fields > New search field
3. Fill out the form
4. Click 'Submit'
   --> The column header in the table should be 'Authorized value category'
