Subject: [PATCH] Bug 40901: (follow-up) koha-remove leaves koha@<inst>.target
 enabled

Disable koha@<inst>.target and koha-create-dirs@<inst>.service so
their koha.target.wants/ symlinks don't outlive the instance.
